Hotel room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. Inititally somewhat disappointed to find no restaurant in hotel but Starbucks only. But breakfast turned out to be a pleasant experience as Starbucks was closed to outside customers during breakfast time. The venue with high ceiling and nice decor with plenty of good quality pastries and breads. Spa in hotel was excellent too with very nice stone massage. Thank you.

Bed and pillow are not very comfortable. The blankets are too thick and too hot. We asked to change to thinner blankets but the hotel replied the ones provided are the “ thinnest” (I wonder how these “thin” blankets can serve the guests in summer under 37 degree C! (Don’t mention to me air-cond)). We tuned the air-cond to the coldest but just better than nothing. Wonder if it is a waste of energy! Suggest the hotel should prepare various kinds of bedding supplies to suit different guests. Free washing machines and dryers are really good, but only 3 each serving all guests. Moreover, the machines are located near some guest rooms and hence they are not in service after 10:00pm. Suggest the hotel considering moving the machines to a more suitable place and extend the time of use (Taipei’s night markets and shopping malls are attractive and guests may come back to the hotel late.). Also to increase the number of them. I don’t mind if a charge is imposed using washing machine. This is more fair.

The breakfast only available in the Starbuck cafe. So the choices is too limited when you stay more than 2 nights.

Little expensive for a 4 stars hotel. However, it does have 5 stars standards. And if i can change one thing, it will be the starbuck breakfast.

It is gracious that hotel provide free usage of washing machines and dryers. Though we can check the status on TV, but the waiting time can be quite long. The laundry room is closed at 10pm, this makes it very inconvenient, we need to call Reception if our laundry is not ready by 10pm.

Location and the room is so comfy and spacious.

It was probably because we stayed here on NYE weekend, but they only had twin bed rooms left. I was traveling with four other couples and we all ended up with twin bed rooms.

As soon as you walk into the property you already feel at home because of the smell which i am sure is a custom scent. You can’t beat the location for this property too. Rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious!!!!!

Only 2min walk to subway or MRT station and connect to most attractions with direct or just one transfer. the bathroom is one of the best I've seen around the world.

The doors for the washroom and toilet very heavy. Would be perfect if there is a blind for the washroom door.

Good location. Very near Subway and food facilities. Cosy and warm ambiance with friendly and prompt service. Comfortable bed but the pillows are too soft for me.

The staff were very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The rooms was spotless, well lit, and the bed was comfortable. I requested for extra pillows, and they were provided immediately, at no extra cost.
