The hotel should disclose at the booking site that the breakfast is Starbucks vouchers, wouldn’t want to have Starbucks for breakfast.

Good if, they could assist with our luggages, especially we travelled with young children, whom were tired after a long flight.

The Location was great, just a station away from Main Taipei Station. There are 2 units 7-11 shops, supermarket & MacDonald next to the hotel. The best part is Hilton Hotel Lobby has this amazing smell, that greets us every time we enter the lobby. The staff are great and always ready to help at the front desk. The free laundry machines at the laundry room are of great help! We really appreciate the staff who let us to use the laundry room, despite the closure time; as our baby puked, & we were able to wash her cothings was a BIG PLUS! Breakfast is collaboation with Starbucks next to the hotel using points issued & needed to download the App. And we could order breakfast in advance too. There are also many local eateries nearby and of course the famous Fuhang Soy Milk is a must try!

Some might agree and some might disagree. Breakfast arrangement was a bit misleading. Was not aware of it til after completing my booking. I am saying the Starbucks pts breakfast was not good. The place is excellent and service good. But paying so much for a hotel stay ,could expect better. I have been a frequent family traveller, all of us always look fwd to the buffet breakfast or dinner. Wide range n food choices for everyone and bonding time. Starbucks is good but daily. If known earlier I could choose not to include in. Then I could have a breakfast there one morning and the rest outside. Plenty stalls on local food within walking distance surrounding hotel

The interior design of the hotel both common area and room excellent. The staffs are very good and attentive. Location great as within walking to MRT Station and only one stop from Taipei Main Station.

The breakfast is served at the Starbucks, you may have too many points to spend considering your appetite, but points can be spent throughout the day.

The location was perfect, close to Taipei Main Station (airport express train) and direct line to the 101 tower, also quite close to the subway station Shandao Temple

Shower taps are hard to turn when hands are soapy.

Beds were comfortable. Central location with the subway station within minutes walking distance. 4 bottles of water instead of the usual 2.

The room are wonderfully comfortable, and amenities are fully available. We love the industrial style decor. What really impressed me is the level of service. My wife fainted and had an accident in the shower. The staff was extremely helpful and called for an ambulance and assist us to transfer her to the lobby. The front desk supervisor Steffi Lin even offer to accompany us to the hospital and give us her contact so that we can contact her if we need help anytime. When we were back to the hotel from the Hospital, Steffi immediately greet us and offer help of cold compress and drinking straw as my wife had injured her mouth. Throughout the next 2 days of stay, the hotel staffs have showed concern for my wife conditions. Excellent job, Hotel Resonance! Throughout our 2 weeks' vacation which we traveled Hsinchu, Tokyo and Taipei we were most impressed by our stay here.

Perfect. I love that this hotel is new and clean. The best thing is, is right beside fuhang soy milk. I walked and queue early at 730am and got my food by 8am!

The air conditioning seems to have an occupancy senor or something and shuts off while you sleep. We woke up sweating and our friends had the same issue in their room.

Quite a surprise that this property turns out to be a great stay - so carefully designed, indirect lightning, power sockets, room layout/ smart use of the space. The operator certainly knows hotel/hospitality industry and has considered all the necessities v.s. some newly opened ones that appear to be 門外漢. Attentive and friendly staff. Also, you can’t argue the importance of a proper sheltered front entrance — this is super important in rainy days and so guests can be really relaxed and look classy.

Great location accessible to metro and major places in Taipei. Great facilities with a lot of space. We loved our room with a fantastic view of the city and the mountains. The room was super comfy and well structured. We had a huge and comfortable bed.
