Good detailed guide for getting in but didn’t encounter any staff, entry to the property and room by codes. Bed was a bit squeaky but comfortable enough.

Good location in a side alley close to the station and shops and restaurants. We had quiet neighbours and bird song in the morning. We stayed on a Saturday night for a very competitive price.

It wasn't horrible or anything, just the self-check in isn't the easiest. The Wifi wasn't good, the bed + pillow was really uncomfortable.

It was a very challenging time trying to figure out the room door. It was quite temperamental and difficult to find the exact right way, moreover I could not get the fob key to work.

Great value for money and had everything you need for a stay, good conditions generally.

The bathroom is very small and the shower isn't separated from the rest of the bathroom so the whole floor ends up wet. There is only one electric plug in the room.

The hotel is just 10 minutes away from the main station. The bed is spacious. The wifi works. The room was clean. They provide basic toiletries and towels. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

There was no parking space, I couldn't even park my car nearby. There was no reply to my text, only text from them to me (which seemed automated). The alley was so narrow, not even a bike would fit in, so I'm not sure why they advertize that parking is included. I ended up booking something else that evening.

I wasn't able to stay and couldn't cancel, so there's nothing i can say here! Just had to find another place and forfeit.

Electronic keys/check-in was a problem for me. I have never understood how to make all those steps properly so that I simply open and close the door without annoying noise that continues.

Minimalist and stylish place. Clean, nice, convenient location. I think it is underrated, especially taking its price.

Late check in and out but that’s normal in Taiwan I have come to find out.

It’s not staffed physically but the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hours of baggage Storage were officially limited and the baggage storage is not lockable. Even though it is a safe area, it would have felt better to have lockers or a storage shelf in the inside.

the location is in the middle of the city center, the hotel was clean and spacious. It was decorated very nice and had all needed amenities.

I'm about to write a comment, but I can't type in Chinese So typing in English☺️ There is no refrigerator. The customer service attitude is very poor. Booking a deluxe room does not match the picture at all. The room is yellow and there is no storage platform very inconvenient.

They told me that I need to pay more because I’m late for check out , but I’m already told them that I need to extend my room and I’m already paid more for my extension. So I don’t know why they ask me to paid double .
