Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MalaysiaMy family member and I got bitten by bed bugs in the Midtown Richardson Hotel. Room no 1261. Our feet are red and itchy! The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.

SingaporeAs one walks into the hotel lobby, one will be greeted with a strong cooked food odour. It lingers on throughout the day and night. Similarly, the walkway and corridor are not much better either. The room size was adequate and neat, but the air was stale. Perhaps, the wet weather had caused the carpet to be damp; and it made worst with the lingering restaurant cooked food elicit from the ground level. Since all the rooms were facing inward with an air well, noise generated from the ground level restaurant was evident in the early morning hours where preparations were ongoing. The decibel went up tremendously when the diners streamed in. For my six-days stay, I had to endure the stale and odour, and be awoke by the noise. For any would-be guest must prepare to overlook the above shortcomings to take advantage of the hotel location.
The hotel is well located within a short distance from Xi Meng Ti, the popular shopping belt, as well as the MRT station. The convenience offer by this hotel is definitely indisputable. That is the only saving grace!

PhilippinesIt is very accessible just a minute walk to mrt ximen station then from there you can go anywhere and travel with ease using mrt. Also you will just cross the street then you are already at ximending market and rainbow lane. If you will book a day tour also you can choose a pick up at mrt ximen station.

PhilippinesThe biggest downside was the internet speed, which was incredibly frustrating. We experienced a painfully slow connection, ranging from 2-10 Mbps. We reached out to the front desk for help, but unfortunately, they couldn't offer any solutions. Even the lobby connection was sluggish. This issue ultimately led us to purchase additional Wi-Fi from another company, which was quite expensive. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses the internet speed issue, as it would significantly improve the overall experience for future guests. While we enjoyed our stay, the Wi-Fi situation was a disappointment.
We recently stayed at Hotel Midtown Richardson for 5 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—just a quick walk across the street to Ximending, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, and delicious street food.

SingaporeWas arrived on Kong Rey typhoon day, however hotel have a strict policy which only can check after 3pm. There are many guest all stuck at lobby waiting for 3pm check in, the whole waiting environment was not comfortable especially just arrived after an long hour flight. The check in procedure is self check in through kiosk which was quite complicated for many guest and total queue time and check in took an hour plus, wasting time and tired. Will not use this hotel in future for sure.

BrazilThere are few things to be fixed: carpet should washed or changed, curtains didn’t open fully.
The location is the best, there is a MRT station in the same block. Just crossing the street you are in the Ximending lively streets, where you can buy things, grab foods, watch street performances until the late night. There is a self laundry inside the hotel. The staffs speak english and the service is efficient. Overall, the room is nice with a very comfy bed and sheets.
