it was a bummer when we had to request for 2 additional bath towels for 2 children. operator kept insisting that the room was meant for 2 pax even tho there were 4 cups in the room. it was a mind boggling experience.

Lifts take awhile to come. Can hear noises from the traffic downstairs in the morning.

The room. it had no window, it was tiny and right next to the elevator which meant I was awake half of the night. It feels like a factory and like the staff doesn’t have time for you. Lots of tourist groups, too loud and too crowded.

Restaurant - they serve semi buffet style but did not bother replenishing the spread starting past 8pm. They started removing the food before 9pm even thought their closing is 930pm. Restaurant staff seems to be in a hurry to finish their duty.

Very dirty carpet in the hallway (at least on floor 10) Gym just exist, not nice arranged Breakfast buffet: 3 coffee machines so close together, that three person hardly can use 3 machines at the same time Next to it 2 juice-machines - same problem In my room: leakage between shower and bathroom-floor, toilet seat not fixed. Room very small (9m²+ 4m²bathroom), queen size bed direct below the window), hardly any space for suitcases

My room stinks of cigarette smoke. The house keeper tried to cover the smell by spraying perfume but the smell still stays during our first night.

WiFi was not only bad. It was horrible.

The hotel location is great, and walking distance to subway station, but the wifi service was horrible. You might think twice staying here. I did make a complaint at the front desk and they said they already had a couple upgrades through out the years, but unfortunately more to be done. The room is a bit noisy. I can hear people talking and open/close their door. The room is clean, big and roomy. I wish I could give them better rating, but the Wi-Fi service was horrible

at the side aisle before you enter the main entrance, there are TONS of ciggy butts laying on the floor where you can see at night Opposite is a small resting area but you can find youngster skateboarding around that area.

Location is just 5min away from the nearest train station There is a 7-Eleven around the corner, you can get foods, drinks and any living necessity there. Hotel room was fairly spacious for 2 adults with 1 large luggage and 1 cabin

Booking.com auto cancelled my booking as my pre authorisation failed for 1 of 2 of my reservations. Terribly disappointed! Went through much trouble, extra costs due to price hikes with rebooking upon arrival.

Location is great. For folks with heavy luggage use exit 4 with escalator. Exit 5 is accessible n.nearer however all stairs. Clean, good service & comfortable stay. Minor faults like blackout curtains faulty and toilet door sliding problems. Those sharing rooms with friends may find it uneasy as bathroom.are mostly frosted glass.

The bathtub within some rooms also double up as shower area which may not be suitable for elderly. The sealant for the bathtub also appear worn out and stained.

The hotel is modern but fittings are a bit worn out. The room layout is spacious and great for family bondings. The location is superb (across the street from Ximending). The self service laundry is really convenient for traveler.
