Too much rush and crowd over the breakfast. No decent seat available to sit. Check out time was 11:00am, not allowing to stay for even half an hour and was asking for NTD800 for two hours. Flush jammed.

Proper maintenance of bathroom. Fixtures and ceilings og bathroom may have mold already. Carpet stains found in the room and hallways.

Couldn’t connect to the wifi throughout the whole stay there, they did send the tech guy over & tried to rectify it, but only remedy is to change room, which we have already bought too much stuff to be shifting around. I think the no service area is on the lobby level’s room, coz did stayed afew times before on other levels, did not encounter this problem in other rooms in previous stays.

The location was really good, right opposite ximending’s station main exit & the check-in was done online at the lobby, so save a lot of time & steps.

The room was quite basic - no wardrobe, so clothes were hung in plain sight, with only 4 hangars supplied. The 'bathroom' sink was located in the entrance way - so had to leave the bathroom to use it!

An amazing location - so close to the everything I wanted to get to, and Ximen station access was very easy.

The hallways are dusty and because there are not enough cleaning staff, the quality of the cleaning is not as good as I expected.

if the breakfast can be improved to include more choices like having a egg station to provide sunny side or scrambled egg instead of providing only hard boiled eggs choice. Dim sum Shd include better choices like Siew mai , Har kow, etc….

The window along the lifts should be cleaned. My mum keeps thinking it's raining outside. I keep telling her it's the dirtiness on the outside of the window.

Excellent location. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. To be able to do laundry in the hotel is such a bonus especially during summer. The breakfast variety is pretty decent. This is a highly recommended property. Well covered in all areas.

The carpet is old and dirty, sofa is out of shape spoiled. Got window, stated city view but all we see is another building. Hotel shall have cheaper option if the window is facing another building block... Totally no view.

The location is good and the reception area is nice, staff is friendly and kind and helpful. Toilet is clean and present.

The hotel room was close to the elevator hall, and we could hear people talking late at night and early in the morning, making it very noisy. Also, the music we heard every morning from early morning served as our alarm clock.

The front desk staff was accommodating, and the hotel's location and easy subway access meant we had no problems wherever we went. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained.
