SingaporeCouldn’t connect to the wifi throughout the whole stay there, they did send the tech guy over & tried to rectify it, but only remedy is to change room, which we have already bought too much stuff to be shifting around. I think the no service area is on the lobby level’s room, coz did stayed afew times before on other levels, did not encounter this problem in other rooms in previous stays.
The location was really good, right opposite ximending’s station main exit & the check-in was done online at the lobby, so save a lot of time & steps.

An amazing location - so close to the everything I wanted to get to, and Ximen station access was very easy.

Excellent location. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. To be able to do laundry in the hotel is such a bonus especially during summer. The breakfast variety is pretty decent. This is a highly recommended property. Well covered in all areas.

JapanThe hotel room was close to the elevator hall, and we could hear people talking late at night and early in the morning, making it very noisy. Also, the music we heard every morning from early morning served as our alarm clock.
The front desk staff was accommodating, and the hotel's location and easy subway access meant we had no problems wherever we went. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained.
