Prices were too high comparing with the provided services, staffs were too busy to be friendly. Since i have 2 bookings that the stay date of 2nd booking was extended from the 1st booking which i already inform the lady staff that i would like to get the same room and she already charged my credit card at the day before my 2nd booking-stay date but when it coame to the cheack-in date of my 2nd booking. I didn't met her and I have to tell the whole story to the man staff and he ask to charged my credit card again. Actually, the staff whouls update this important information on their backend system espectially when it came to the money that they collect from guest. During a stay, it was a renovation that close to room since i was assigned to stay at same floor at the lobby. Just one pillow per person is too less

the toilet door is a no no. it is very hard to open. not sure if its the same with other rooms but imagine if you are a first timer and solo traveler, i am not sure how long you are gona get stucked in the toilet. The glass panel are pretty translucent as well so think twice if you mind that.

the location is superb! near train station exit 5 and amenities there are cosmed, 7-11, family mart within 5mins. ximending street was just across the street. Water dispenser is also available so you need not have to boil the water.

The cleanliness needs improvement, and the room wasn't as big as expected. No extra pillows for family.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. With nearest exit to ximengding mrt within 5 mins walk. It's a pity that that exit 5 of the mrt is only stairs no escalator.

the room reek of cigarette smell even though it’s a non smoking room. the walls are very thin. if you’re a light sleeper get a corner room. you can hear footsteps of everyone walking pass clearly.

The room is very small if you choose the double bed type. Hotel breakfast have less choices, and the manager keep shouting at her staff to do this and that abit annoying.

The location was very strategic, with easy excess to the building, and surrounded by a lot of shops. If you come early they also provide you the luggage storage so you able to walk around without the bulky goods.

Upon my arrival to check in, the staff informed me that a cot was available in the room. However, upon entering the room, there was no cot.

Ximen station is located very close by. Exit 4 is just a short walking distance away.

1. You promise to make the room next to each other but it was not done so. I show the reception the message from booking.com but they tell me they are not able to do so. 2.The washing machine and dryer was only to be use during 10am-10pm which is the time that we travel around Taiwan. it was inconvenient for us. it make us waste one day if we want to wash our clothes. 3. There was smell in the 2 person room and I need to inform the receptionist. they are unable to change the room for us.

It's probably a very busy period. Staff not smiling and eager to get you through the process. Very strict about their 11am check out policy. Even when I wanted to pay to extend for an hour, it was not possible because the rooms are booked for next guests. Check in time strictly at 3pm. Gym was in a bad condition and dimly lit. Located at basement next to the kitchen. Might as well state that the hotel does not have a gym. Front door sound proof very bad, could hear people talking along the corridor.

Good location. Have almost all the amenities that you need. Overall, it is a clean and comfortable hotel.

The bed, the room, the make of the hotel feels a little behind on quality. I had backaches sleeping on the beds for 3 nights. The family room only has a toilet available, and it cannot be locked.

The location is great. It is just beside Ximen MRT and cross the street to Ximen Night market. It is easily accessible to a lot of places via the MRT.
