There were too many guests and buffet breakfast was always a gong show. The reservation was incorrect when we checked it. it only said 2 guests when we clearly booked for 4.

Overcrowded. Extremely noisy, we were on the 1st floor and so many inconsiderate guests walking up and down the corridor, all night long. Really small room, hardly any space for our luggages. Check in process may seem modern and convenient with all of their computers and so on but truthfully it was a pain because staff needed to attend anyhow due to computers’ errors.

Perfect location for Ximending. Real close to Ximen MRT station. Tentative cleaners.

a bit pricey for the room. Have traveled most of East Asia and Europe. Stayed in the same star hotels and by far it’s the most expensive. Room doesn’t have closet/wardrobe, our clothes were in our luggage the whole time and placed at the foot of our bed. Price could have been compensated by the free breakfast. Daily, took a peek of the breakfast and tried only once as the choices and the taste are not that great. I’m Asian, I should have enjoyed the cuisine but it was a disappointment. Some receptionist are nice others are showing no interest in your queries. I assumed it’s the language, but could have worn some smile, it’s customer service after all.

location is superb, metro is just down below the property and across the street is the night market/shopping district. A lot of restaurants in the vicinity. Room was cleaned and provided with coffee, tea and water on a daily basis. Mostly enjoyed the bidet toilet, feels like I’m in Japan again.

The room was smaller than expected, as we expected it to be bigger and more comfortable as we have stayed at the same hotel before. Breakfast selection was lesser than before as well thus we had to go somewhere else for better breakfast

The location was ideal for our plans around taipei and the fact that the check in is now automated it made it seamless

the rooms are pretty small and they are lack of staff so there is no room services from 12-6am. the reception staff are not friendly but they are helpful

Toilet is terrible, the design itself was ridiculous and the carpet did not vacuum during daily room service. Doesn't worth for that price.

The location is strategic. The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable.

Housekeeping standards can be much better. Some of the rooms are quite close to each other, hence you can hear doors closing or alarm clocks going off.

Location is great, right near Ximending, convenient to travel around.

HOUSEKEEPING: The window is dirty. There is no standard on the housekeeping. Called the help desk for toilet roll as the housekeeping did not top up, and nobody turned up. Housekeeping left the used pillow case in the room after they changed out the sheets.

Location is the key. Walking distance 1-2 minutes to Ximending & MRT Ximen where connecting Taipei wide with 2 MRT lines - Blue & Green line

The room is a bit cramp with a broken sofa. Perhaps take away the sofa

Breakfast is average. I like the Taiwanese style . Perhaps a bit more on western breakfast such as fried eggs, ham and sausage. Should have more serving points as it is usually crowded
