The staff were attentive to details. The breakfast was delicious. There was a pantry with a drinks dispenser, Foosball and air hockey we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were big with plenty of entertainment on TV. The bathrooms were big too.

Location was good in that it was relatively near Fengjia market (less than 10min walk) but far enough from the noise and lights. The room was clean, cosy and interestingly designed. The loft room was fun to stay in and had sufficient space for a small family to live comfortably in.

Hong KongThe training of hotel staff is very bad, especially the front desk gut call Mr. Smart when I made a call to them, he can't solve the problem immediately and make it complicated. I would like to remind all overseas guests if you decide to stay here, please do not put any toilet paper into the toilet bowl here, otherwise you will be teaching that how come you don't know how to use the toilet properly....!
