Not a modern room. A bit dark for us. Some part of the room need maintenance.

Location is great, few mins walk to train station. Staff are helpful and friendly. Bathroom is also nice and clean. Air condition works well.

The bathroom is big which I like a lot but we need to take a shower in the bathtub and the water was flooding on the floor since the curtain and the position of the shower is not suitable but it could be ignored if compared to the other good things.

The room is big enough for 4 people, the room was clean. The staff were so nice to us.

Location is very ideal Just short walk from Kaohsiung Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nice and courteous. Breakfast spread is good Welcome drink and snack given.

The hotel is in walking distance to the train station which is also MRT The beds are ok but the room is good size and clean. The staffs are very helpful. There are couple of free-to-use laundry machines and dryers at level 4. Fast free Wifi.

No extra pillow, extra pillow is chargeable. Bed firmness is not uniform. Bathroom fittings is very dated, visible limescale on fittings. Hot water takes a long time to come from basin tap and shower. No universal power plug.

Good location near to mrt station. Dining hall for breakfast is large, breakast spread is reasonable, mainly local dishes. Our bathroom is huge as it comes with a jacuzzi (did not use). Room has 2 armchairs and a coffee table and a workdesk with another chair.

The view was just to the neighbouring building but that's rather typical in Taiwan.

Friendly staff, the room had a good size and the bathroom had enough space too (just not enough hangers for the towels). There's a good number of shops and places to get food around. Laundrette is a few blocks away. Kaohsiung Station is right around the corner.

There is a wide variety of breakfast choices, and they are delicious! The staff is nice as well! The location is very convenient to the train station and other tourist hotspots nearby. The room is spacious with a proper desk so I could read and do stuff in the room. Very relaxing environment and I will stay there again next time when I visit.

Air-con is either too cold or too hot. The wind blows directly to the bed which gives me headache… if turn it down it gets super hot as it’s quite a big room. Also breakfast has limited choice and quite oily.

Spacious room and crib could be provided for kids which is convenient for families. Facility is clean and staff are very helpful.

Shower head is too high for my height. I can't adjust it, and the water would flow out of the tub.

I loved the breakfast buffet very much. It has some authentic Taiwanese food that I crave and can't get often in the USA.
