The room was fine, didn't love that the TV blocked the window and the windows were a bit grimy. The bathroom drain spat water when showering so everything was wet all the time.

Great location, very near to transit and a cool shopping district. Despite being next to a hospital, it was quiet. The staff were nice and there were free snacks in the lobby.

We found many mosquitos in the room and at night they bit me many times, although the window could not be opened. Also, the window had this pattern and it was impossible to see the view outside - very strange.

The location of the hotel is great, the staff is friendly, there is snacks and coffee for free at the lobby. The rooms were OK to sleep in.

Only 1 washer and dryer. But hotel staff did explain it was a service for guests’ convenience as the nearest laundromat is about 10 mins walk. They are not charging a high price for it. I appreciate it nevertheless.

Location, many food stalls and a morning market, Shuanglian MRT, all within short walking distance! Staff were helpful and patient, room was clean.

There was no window but I knew it before I booked.

I liked everything! The location was great, the value for money, and the staff are all professionals and polite. The lobby offers free snacks, tea, and coffee. There’s also a complimentary washer and dryer, with only a 100 NT charge for detergent. Since we left early, we needed a car service, and the price was reasonable.

We came to visit Taipei for the first time and this hotel was great. Had everything we would need for our stay. Filter water downstairs with hot, warm and cold water. Tons of coffee options as well as tons of free snacks. The beds were comfortable, everything was really clean. The only thing that was a con was that the shower situation was a bit interesting. They had a claw foot bathtub to shower in but water would get everywhere even with the shower curtains provided. Otherwise though, we had a great stay and even used their airport shuttle to get back.

The shower curtain and rubber mat smell musty and moldy.

Great location, plenty of food selections, pharmacy and convenient store are around the corner. Free snacks and beverages at the reception, the coffee is good. The hotel is so close to the Sunday morning market nearby is a must go market, experience the authentic Taiwan morning market and local breakfast.

The location is within 2min walk from the metro with easy access to morning market, nice food, and convenience store. There is a washing machine and dryer, and a coffee machine available at lobby level. Staff are pleadant and helpful.

I sooo love the location of this hotel. It's near Red Line MRT station, Bus Station right in front of the hotel. near Family Mart and 7 Eleven, near resto and bakeshops. Walking distance to Ningxia night market. Staff especially Judy is very Helpful. The unlimited snacks and coffee/milk by the front office is perfect. Room is clean and they clean up everyday if you'll request it.

Location - 3-5 mins walk to Shuanglian metro station, Shuanglian market and Chifeng Street, 10 mins walk to Ningxia Night Market, Cheap local restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies on the same street, Higher end nice restaurants on Zhongshan North Road side --> love the location! Free supply of water, coffee and snacks at lobby

The hotel was close to the MRT station and bus stop (1-2min), super convenient location. There were famous morning market beside the MRT station as well. The reception in hotel was super helpful to us.
