Stay here for 2 times. Good thing is bed very comfortable. Toilet separated male and female, super clean. For me this hotel is very clean. I didn’t get the allergies. But the space very small.

The room was a good size for a single traveler, though it didn’t have a window, which took some getting used to. At first, I was a bit concerned that there was no staff on-site, but luckily, I had no issues during my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the small amenities in the bathroom, like cotton, Q-tips, and makeup remover. The location is also great, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

The location is incredible, its right in the middle of Taipei within walking distance to the main station, the most visited sights and so many different shops you cant even count them!

No exchange of bed-clothes and towels and cleaning. Probably you must ask and possibly to pay too. Slippers to small even for a kid :)

Quite small. Hardly any space to open the luggage. At night it was fine but you might struggle if you want to sleep during the day as it’s not soundproof and you can hear everything

The wall are not that sound proof so u can hear snoring from your next door The location can be a bit confusing for first timer since it is in undeground B2

It's a self service check in and check out.. no manned The location was on spot on.. the same level floor as the MRT.. so just need to go out from the inn and straightaway to the mrt without the need to go out of the building .. despite having the location to be underground, not to worry there are lots of shop in the underground since taiwan are famous for lots of shopping shops in underground

I disliked the size of the room, that their isn’t anyone in sight to help out or to ask question too.I dislike that their isn’t much stiff to watch in the tv . I’ve went to other hotel which provide a vast amount of Chanel’s to watch

It's sometimes hard to get a staff member when you need assistance. Haha. 😂 At times, I got lost in this big station while trying to find my way back to the hotel. 😂

I would say this is a perfect place to spend one night in Taipei. The check-in process is easy, and the facilities are clean and new. 🙏

A little expensive for a room with a shared bathroom. Although I did come during Lunar New Year. Also, if you check out to catch very early transport you can't go out through the mall entrance as it's locked. Luckily the kind staff are ready to help and take your call over the phone provided beside the check-in machine. They can allow you access inside after your card is returned during check-out so you can leave the way of the parking lot.

The staff and facilities were fabulous ❤️ I loved the privacy, location, and the bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer, plus the coffee machine, were also nice. Always clean and tidy.

Rooms are small as expected, but would benefit from some sort of bedside table.

Full automated check-in process, just make sure you have your booking number. There's plenty of amenities available in the shower (i.e. toothpicks, mouthwash) and communal hallway (i.e. cold water, hot drinks).

Can walk straight into the main station! Clean and comfortable room.

At certain time, need to wait a while for ladies shower since there are only 3 while most female guests took quite a while to shower.

Connected to Taipei Main Station so no worries when it rains. Room size was just right for one person. Easy check in and check out with the machine. Third party rent luggage lockers located just right in front the entrance, made us easier to leave our luggage for few days while traveling to another city.

The tumble dryer is too high for short people. I had to balance on a plastic bin which was a bit dangerous.

Second stay here in a month. It’s so cozy, I didn’t want to leave! Location is brilliant, it’s right under Main Station in a huge shopping mall. The rooms are small and windowless but they aren’t stuffy. We had an earthquake while I was staying (epicentre was down in Tainan) you’re in the basement here so when/if the big one comes, you’re in the safest possible location.

Bed was super small I had to bend my knees to fit and I was waking up every time I was stretching. There was quite some noise, I could even hear people snoring from next rooms.

The hotel in in the MRT building so easy to access the city and get to and from the airport which is an hour away. Terrific helpful staff, cleaned daily, rooms are small but fully functioning and fantastic value for money.
