We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThis motel is rated as 4 stars - it is most definitely not 4 star. This is a "sex" motel but is not listed on booking.com or agoda as such. I think it should be. The check in time is 6pm. The reason being is they rent rooms out for 4 hours to couples. Our room was a designated non-smoking room. It absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. The hallways were the same. It was dreadful. Breakfast was included. A $60 burger from Qburger. I would most definitely advise people to avoid this accommodation as it was the worst accommodation we stayed in during our stay in Taiwan. Very disappointing.
There was only one positive thing about this place, and that was the 12 midday check out. Mind you, we did not stay in the room, we got out into the fresh air to get away from the stale cigarette smell

SwedenIt a ”short-time” motel geared for love couples for a couple of hours. Condoms provided on the bedside table. Not clear when i booked. Also dark and quite scruffy.
Staff was friendly and showed efforts in translation, answering questions etc

AustraliaThere was a loud noise from above, and the staff explained that the room was close to the machine. The staff ( lady) was very keen to help us book a taxi, and the driver charged the fee more than double compared with the same distance we took previously from the Hotel to Taoyuan Airport.
The room was very big, comfortable and clean, plus it had a spa path.

JapanSome black dots on the white blanket but it doesn’t matter to me. There was hair in the corner of the room. Hope staffs clean the room more carefully
The bathroom is very large and so is the the bathtub. Suitable for couple-bath. It has a skylight so it was very noisy when rained. The staffs don’t speak English but really friendly. Will come back when I travel to Taiwan again.
