Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The check in process was smooth and easy. They accepted credit cards, and I was quickly in my room. The bathrooms and showers were clean and always available, and I really liked the onsen on the top floor! It was all very cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were small but it was totally fine (and I came in expecting this). It was actually pretty quiet at night, I slept great! I'd highly recommend this place and return again next time I'm in Taipei.

Philippinesnone so far.
Location is very accessible. It is just 3-4 minutes walk from Fuzhong Station (Blue Line) , a direct train to Taipei Main Station & Ximending . 1 mrt ride to Banqiao station where you can ride the THSR to Taoyuan THSR Station for 13 minutes then to Airport. It has public bath as well. It has 711 nearby.

SingaporeIts like a spacious capsule hotel. You have your own space but the door has openings at the top so there is privacy but no soundproofing. Your luck with the toilet may vary too as you're sharing it with lots of other guests so keep your expectations in check
Good location, make sure to go to Fuzhong station instead of Banqiao as it is much closer and take Exit 1/2.

United StatesRooms are not completely enclosed, which means you can hear other people when they don’t follow the quiet times. Also got quite a couple mosquito bites.
Appreciate the faculties; perfect for ppl who just need a place to sleep and chill after exploring the city. Like the bath upstairs and the cafeteria that is open 24 hrs to sit at.

TaiwanOne full length mirror on the female floor would be nice.
The layout of one person per room is rare to find in a hostel. This place gave me the privacy I was hoping for. Also the sitting area on the top floor is perfect for getting some work done.

CanadaNot a breaking point put the rooms though separate first thought that came to mind was a cell in jail. Definitely not a lot of privacy if you have someone snoring or loud next door as the top of the walls are open. Mosquitoes were not an issue though inside.
Clean comfortable room. Good shower pressure and decent simple breakfast included. MRT, buses and places to eat are very close. Upstairs area and outside was decent to hang out.

ThailandYou have to pay for a towel and didn't provide a bottle of water on arrival that you have to buy. No microwave in a common room as one may want to warm up the food. The rooms weren't built up. There's space when one coughs everything moves around.
The bed was comfy and clean. The location is great. Provided hot water.

TaiwanI struggled with my key a bit, took me 5 minutes to properly lock my door the first time. The rooms wall was not going completely to the ceiling so there was a quite big gap, which in theory somebody could climb over. It didn't bother me too much, but could imagine some people would mind, especially since there is no safe, locker etc. in the room. The vegetarian breakfast was just the same without the ham, which is fair enough, although the woman on the counter promised me peanut butter and jelly, ha
It is a convenient location, like 1 minute walk from the MRT in a busy neighbourhood with everything you need nearby. When i arrived, the woman at the counter saw how tall i am and gave me a room with a bit more room for my legs, without me even asking. The rooms are simple with limited space, but for this price really more than great. I didn't see this anywhere in the description, but there is actually an kind of japanese style shared bath pool with hot water, which i enjoyed quite a lot, and really didn't expect. Also there was some red bean soup for free in the evening. the dining area is quite nice too.

FranceIt's a bit far from Taipei city center. And the options for the breakfast offered are very limited if you don't go early.
The location is next to a MRT station, convenient to go to the city center. It's super clean, even the shared bathroom! The staff was very kind all the time.

United StatesThere was only one electrical outlet in the room, and only two hooks to hang my coat. No chair, and one open suitcase took most of the floor space. But I expected a small room, so OK. I stayed several days, and the thin toasted cheese sandwich for breakfast was the same every day. A microwave would have been nice. There is a vending machine with various types of ramen noodles but nothing else. Boiling hot water is always available. It was a bit difficult to find. Leave exit 3 of the Fuzhong subway station. At a 45 degree angle to your right, walk through the paved plaza, past the police station toward the 7-11. Turn left, then immediately right (at the French Toast restaurant). The Single Inn is at the next corner. It is about a three minute walk from exit 3 of the Fuzhong subway station. Exit 3 has only step, but is very close to exit 2, which has escalators.
If you usually stay in a hostel room with six other people, you will love this affordable Single Inn. If you usually stay in a regular hotel with your own room, you will probably be disappointed here. It;s a very small private room with the bathroom down the hall. There is no individual heating or cooling in the room. That is the reason for the gap at the top of one wall. You may hear snoring from an adjoining room or across the hall. You can't really make any noise yourself unless you want to disturb them. But there is a very large common room on the top floor was nice. You have a private single room. There are many restaurants and a busy night market nearby. The neighborhood and room seemed safe.

SingaporeBut the hotel really needs to solve the problem of ventilation and sound proofing. The door of each room was not fully built to the ceiling and that really disrupted my sleep (I'm sure I'm not the only one). I would say the sound is a major problem
