amazing hostel. super high quality amenities, the reading room/common area is so beautiful with great views overlooking the city. the showers look newly renovated and are very clean. Each person gets a huge locker. Super worth the stay, especially for the price! It includes breakfast as well. My only qualm is that the pillow is not comfortable. But I would definitely come back to stay!

Lifts were slow as it was a busy tall building. Private room had a damp feel/smell to it but was fine for 1 night. Not sure I’d want to stay for an extended period though

An elevator to get to the 15th floor during shopping hours is a challenge and it takes almost as long as the ride from the train station which is 10 miles away. Breakfast starts at 8 am, so we couldn't use it and we used a basic free breakfast which wasn't too bad.

The best hostel I have ever stay with good city view in the common area and good interior design. The privacy is enough and the bed is very comfortable. Locker is provided and staffs are super helpful. Worth it if you are looking for the hostel

The rooms are located at the 14th floor So guest has to go down by stairs from the 15th Floor reception/ lobby by foot . Some of our companions are seniors and found it a bit challenging to walk up & down the stairs.

Location is in a beautiful complex, Accessible to public transportation, And central to different locations… Well designed simple Muji like room, with a ref, hairdryer, carafe to refill your h20 at the drinking fountain along the hallway. The hostel has lounge area in tatami flooring, several rattan chairs that allows you to view the surrounding at the height of 15th Flr., breakfast was delicious.

I like that the storage cabinets provided were separated from the sleeping area as it made the sleeping area a lot quieter and more conducive for sleeping. The breakfast provided was amazing and there were options for special diets. Shower area was big and there was sufficient space to put all your stuff. There was also a nice view from the lounge area and overall the place was very comfortable to chill.

The rooms were not very sound proof but still acceptable. The lifts served the whole building so some waiting time would need to be factored in, especially during peak periods such as weekend afternoons.

The common spaces were cozy and nicely designed and the view from the 15th floor was great. The free breakfast included was balanced and hearty too. Location-wise, the hotel/hostel is very convenient and situated within walking distance to malls and eateries. The neighbourhood is also lively with a park just right beside it. Room was also clean and the basic necessities (mini fridge etc.) were provided.

the common area was very comfortable and has a gorgeous view of the city. the lockers were nice and spacious and I liked that they were outside of the sleeping areas so you're less likely to be woken up by people packing

There is a stale smell most of the time in the downstairs area, especially in the morning. The lobby between dorms is particularly bad - the option to open a few windows would really help. Be aware there is only one laundry machine for a very large hostel.

Large lockers outside the main dorm but still in a secure area is a great idea. Beds are comfortable with decent curtains that block most of the light. Common area is probably the best part of the hostel - plenty of options and great views. I would stay again.

I did find that the lifts were a tad slow during busy hours, which could be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it would be great if there were more shelf space and hanging options inside the bed compartment, as this would enhance the overall experience.

The facilities are exceptionally well thought out, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly loved the breakfast selection, the pantry for snacks, and the spacious lounge area where guests could relax. It was a pleasant surprise to find that those using the lounge were respectful of one another; there were no loud conversations or parties, which created a nice atmosphere.

WiFi isn’t too fast in the rooms. Breakfast was relatively small (but cooked to order and tasted good!).

Wonderful views of Taichung. Location was excellent, very central and on the top floor of a shopping mall. Facilities were clean and the design minimalist and pleasant.
