The only slight inconvenience we had was that it was a bit difficult to unlock the door with the key card we were given. We had to scan it 4-5 times before the door unlocked. On the inside, the security chain for the door was quite flimsy as well. Other than that, we didn't have any problems

This hotel was pretty nice, it is definitely an older building that has been remodeled. The room was very clean and nice. The staff at the desk spoke English and there was free coffee and snacks in the lobby. The location is pretty good and there is a metro station and several bus stops within a 10 mintue walk.

The bathroom smells damp.. Maybe it's because there's no ventilation, so the smell extends to the living room. But it's not a serious problem.

Everything was wonderful and I felt very comfortable. I will come again next time. Recommended!!

I ordered double bed room and on the picture it looked like a double bed, but it actually was two single mattresses/beds put together to make it a double bed, which was disappointing and not comfortable to sleep in.

The room was surprisingly very spacious, with a mini living room and couch. The toilet was also pretty nice with a wide tub, modern Japanese toilet (with all the buttons and heated seat) and super huge mirror. They also had unlimited free coffee, cocoa, drinking water and snacks! The staff were also very helpful and communication was not a problem. The nearest MRT was also around a 5-minute walk, there are a couple of convenience stores and even a supermarket nearby.

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel, maybe the fact that the location can be little noisy because of the traffic on the street. It’s a fairly transited area but honestly that didn’t bother me that much.

Excellent location, just a five minute walk from the MRT. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, 7 - 11 shops, coffee shops (including a Starbucks) and there is a nice little night market close by where they sell cheap and delicious food. The hotel room was nice and clean, clean linen and towels are provided each days as well as free toiletries. Free bottles of water, coffee and tea are also available in the room and they are provided whenever you run out of them. Free snacks and hot drinks are available at the reception. The hotel stuff is nice and helpful, they assisted me when I lost my wallet on the public transports (the wallet was found with everything in it by the way). WiFi is very good by the way.

Walk to the closest MRT station was about 10 minutes so it was easier for us to call a taxi with multiple pieces of luggage.

Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour front desk, made our arrival very smooth even in the early hours of the morning. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a hot drink station at the front desk. Big room compared to similar places in Taipei, and good views of the mountains.

1. There is no luggage rack in the room. I requested one, but they don’t have it. 2. The bottom of the bathtub is higher than the bathroom floor. I fell when I got out of the bathtub the first night because my legs are not long enough to reach the floor. There should be a sigh to warn the guests.

Clean room, friendly staff and good location. It is close to several main attractions in the northern part of Taipei. Restaurants, convenient stores and orange line subway station are within walking distance. There are free beverages and snacks in the lounge.

There was a door in the wall of the room that doesn’t lock that opens to a window when opened leads directly to another room. I had a curious look and was greatly startled by a lady staring back at me right into my room.

Everything was pretty great! The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was actually huge. It was clean and comfortable.
