Location great near bus station but a ways from train station. We used taxi to get to hotel from train. Took a taxi to the harbor as local buses infrequent. Breakfast was okay with limited fresh fruit (which we appreciated but would have liked more). It’s an Asian breakfast with ver few western options. Coffee good and available all day. Good size room and good bathroom set up.

Nice little hotel very centrally located in Taitung. The free bike rental was great for travelling around. Breakfast was very good with lots of options, changed daily. Room was very comfortable.

Rooms were modern with thoughtful additions like a nightlight for the bathroom. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and had excellent service from a young man who spoke English (he said to call him Yu). The breakfast buffet was extensive, basically a brunch.

Nothing the hotel could do about it. But the weather in Taitung in November 2024 was very foggy and cloudy. Wrong time of the year?

Quiet and comfortable hotel very close to the bus station. From the bus station, a bus leaves every half hour to Taitung railway station (with trains to Taipei, Hualien, Tainan and Kaoshiung). The room has an original and beautiful design with the toilet separated from the bathroom. I had read in a review that someone else thought that there was little privacy because of this. Perhaps if you share the room with someone you are less familiar with. The room also has two sofas, a kettle, tea, coffee and water. The buffet breakfast offers a good choice.

The air conditioner is a bit cold in our room when sitting on the couch but no big deal.

Everything was perfect for us. The best place that we had during our trip in Taiwan. The bed is big and comfort, shower was perfect and room was clean. Parking was perfect. Location was perfect. It has a good restaurant with it if doesn't want to go far. Everything is within walking distance. The staffs were helpful and super friendly. Will definitely stay again in the future visit. It has even a self-service laundry.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful - both online and in-person. Room was cosy, spacious and clean. Location-wise, it's close to the Taitung Bus Station, but do note it's a 10min drive from the Taitung Train station. Breakfast (buffet-style) was good too, with a very decent spread and yummy food. Would love to return on my next visit :)

The counter staff forgot to give morning call after I book a morning call the night before.The house keeping staff miss out some small staff to be cleared at the washing basin.Also last day ,after housekeeping,the tv remote control was missing in the room ,but the hotel staff rectify the problem very fast.

The walls are a bit thin but the sound proof8ng is still not too bad otherwise.

The location is near to many amenities, shopping, food and the bus terminal. They provide a free transfer from hotel to train station, but I am not sure if they do a free transfer the other way. There is free parking at the hotel for guest but limited. Shower and toilet are separate, keeping things dry and nice. Have a gym and there's even life music in the restaurant when we walked pass 1 night. Convenience store is just across the street.

The location is perfect to visit Tiehua Music Village and ocean park. The breakfast is also fantastic w/ Hot Bok Choy. The Shuttle Bus from train station is really convinient.

Most of the staffs, like staffs in the restaurant or cleaning ladies are very friendly and super helpful except some receptionists. The front desk receptionists really need to be trained how to greet or show courtesy to customers. There's limited free parkings so free parking is not guaranteed. If you need to park on the street or the designated parking lot, the hotel compensated NT$150/day which is not described on the site. Price has gone up since our first stay years ago but the service does not refect it's price nowadays.

The location is good. There's a self-service laundry room which is not free but nice to have. Food is ok and the staffs in the restaurant are super friendly and helpful.
