It was such a nice stay, great staff, comfy beds, amazing products in the women’s bathroom, free coffee, nice balcony, and cute/special building. The books really give it a cool touch. I love how they thought of little things like a small bag for toiletries, changing space in the shower, and amazing skin care products.

The location is at a convenient location in West District. I loved the cozy atmosphere of the lounge area. Restroom and rooms were spacious and tidy. Bonus: They are an English-friendly hostel, so they were able to help me answer all my questions and quickly settle into the place.

Some of the beds/pods smell humid/mouldy. It's 15-20 min walk from the TRA station which is fine but not ideal for the price.

It's clean, stylish and comfortable. Details such as a tote bag for the bathroom, free earplugs and enough storage space makes it really convenient to stay here.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The hostel was spotless with staff obviously cleaning throughout our stay. The beds were so comfortable and felt very contained even in the shared dorms. We found it generally quiet too, and the provided earplugs were pretty good. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided in the showers were all really nice. We were delighted with the roof terrace and the upstairs common room, and the location was brilliant for exploring the city.

Not a social place and it was still the noisiest hostel I've stayed at.

Liked the design of the hostel and the fact you were in amongst the books. Rooftop terrace was nice too. Staff were great.

I didn’t notice that there has no staircase in this hostel. It would be troublesome if you have big suitcase and only staying for a night. The staff doesn’t help to carry them. So it would be worst if you staying at level 3. Best to come backpack or light suitcase for easy carry. It would be helpful if we can do self check in as the check-in time was strict that I have to plan my itinerary around the timing

I love the books, only if I have planned more time staying in the hostel with the books. The space was well designed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful to find solution for our needs. I was worried that my cough woke my roommates up, and the staff kindly offered me another room with less occupants to stay in. The location is perfect if you come from high speed rail, with free shuttle bus. There’s direct bus from Tainan train station as well.

Too quiet in the lounge and the lobby where everyone has to whisper and keep the volume as low as possible. It will be better if some BGM be played.
