the Chinese breakfast (2?3rd floor), is not sophisticated enough, in fact , the decor and the menu is a disappointment.. although a lot of choices, but is not tasty nor visually appealing .. definitely not to the hotel stander! However , first floor breakfast is super! great variety and tasty !

Hotel room is disappointing as bath plug was broken, control panel of A/C was always at 24 degrees celsius and room was humid even with a running dehumidifier

Bed sucks. I could feel the bed shakes every time my partner moved, it was like an earthquake. Full of parents with their children.

Very very odd check in times - just be aware of these if booking here. hotel kept informing us that check in after 4pm only, yet check out by 12 despite numerous requests and reasons for this - they tried to accomodate us, as we managed to get in around 2.15 but it was begrudgingly that keys were handed over. $200+ a night and there is no breakfast offered!!!

Did not like that there was a "wet room" shower so everything got wet when I took a shower. Pool did not offer drinks or food during the day. Room had stand alone aircon. No spa amenities like other Silks Clubs.

The room temperature was cold. We wanted to change the temperature but we couldn’t do it. Also I wanted to talk to the operator on the phone. But I could not find how to get the number. We asked to get a bigger taxi because our luggage was too big (I showed the luggage to the stuff) But the taxi which got for us was just a normal sedan. Anyway the hotel looks 5star, but their services was not good enough. The restaurant’s some stuff needs to learn more. We had a steak dinner. I think it’s 3.5 star.

Check-in process wasn't pleasant, I am living in the UK, payment already taken prior we check-in. When we arrived, they told me they haven't taken the money, they only take initial payment, therefore, I have to present my debit card for them to charge me again, once that has gone through, they will issue refund the the initial payment they took. Why you guys making it so difficult. The restaurant doesn't present the napkin on the dinning table, you have to go and get small wet wipe somewhere else. Breakfast finish at 10:30am, which is too early in my opinion. You're meant to be relax when you go on holiday, you have to get up early, otherwise, you will miss the breakfast! I booked two identical room with breakfast included, when we checked in, the lady said, it's only one room with breakfast included, why is that? Overall, staffs are very polite and helpful, so, don't take this feedback as negative one, I hope you guys will take my suggestions into positive one.

My sister's room 1106 has human body hair in the bathroom. It's not very professional to have such thing to happen in this type of hotel. Not acceptable.

Very high rate.~300 us $. Asian breakfast was limited for us (only few items set outside the dining area) and we were asked to pay more if we wanted to have the whole Asian buffet even though we had breakfast included. We believe this was due to a weddlng groupmwhich was given the full options

Checkin time was supposed to be 4pm, we arrived at 4:15-ish and were told that the room wasn’t ready yet, and no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were asked to just sit at the lobby and wait. Honestly never thought this would’ve happened at a 5-star hotel. the next day around the same time we were heading back to our room to take a nap, and at the lobby there was this lady fighting with a hotel staff, basically the same problem we encountered the day before—her room was supposed to be ready at 4pm but was not, and no one could give her approximately when the room will be ready.

1. In-room tea/coffee -only coffee capsules & Chinese tea, no black tea was available. 2. Only powder creamer was available. We asked for fresh milk or evaporated milk, but the request was denied. 3. We had formal dining at the restaurant, choices were very limited & over-priced.

It was unusual to have 2 separate dining rooms for Asian & Western breakfast. Most 4/5 stars hotel in Taiwan would offer both styles under one setting. The offering was somehow limited.

Initial room, blinds are not sufficient at 6 am room became light. Changed rooms with curtains created a darker room but still not 100% dark room

The original room I had been assigned was on the 14th floor, the executive floor I remembered, but right after I settled down my luggage, a problem of AC leaking arose. Till this day I am still in a state of disbelief about the quality control of that so called executive floor. I immediately reported it to the staff but it seemed that they took a long time to take care of the problem I was faced with. I ended up moving to 10th floor; the views were better yet still somehow I felt I had been “degraded.” The hotel offered me a tea product as its way of sincere apology to me, but I was afraid there was nothing it could do to regain my trust and restore its credits. It is a five star hotel and above is what I have been put through.

we arrived with two children and many bags and some luggages. the staff showed absolutely no interest in helping us carry the stuff after arrival by car. very disappointing first impression. overall service is very distant and not welcoming at all. had expected much better from a 5 star hotel. i live in taiwan for almost ten years and can compare with other 4-5 star hotels easily, this one was a disappointment in terms of arrival experience definitely.

Room was a little smelly. Cleanses could probably be improved. There was no good working desk within the room, if intended for business purposes, simply a small table.

Very nice hotel. Good location, very good service. Wonderful breakfast, made from all bests.
