Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeThe unit was crafted with the fire exit within. Nothing wrong but just interesting layout.
Great location to the night market, surrounded by lots of shops for good food. Can lend games and there’s a water dispenser for any top ups of water.

ItalyThere is no sound proof for the room, it is quite annoying if there are noisy neighbours. And you might encounter someone was smoking in the room cause the room has a bad smell.
The staff is friendly and willing to help and the location is pretty convenient.

TaiwanWe had an upgrade. The bunk beds were uncomfortable. I had a senior with me and she can't climb the upper bunk bed. We had to ask the staff for twin beds instead. The reception was quick. I would say I would book for deluxe or superior, twin beds than the bunk beds. Bunk beds I don't recommend.

SingaporeThe hygiene was okay, but it would be better if they cleaned in more detail, especially in the corners or hidden places – those areas that are not frequently accessed or visible. The bathroom lacks separation of wet and dry areas. When showering, the water tends to reach the floor up to the toilet bowl and basin area, causing inconvenience. Lastly don't expect too much from the front desk staff.
The room is worth for the money, location is good, and the room is comfortable, but it would better if there is more space for us to put our luggage.

The room was very clean. We had everything we needed. Hotel provided a baby cot and baby bath tub at our request. Baby cot was the travel type without additional mattress, so we ended up letting our baby co-sleep needed us because she was cold. Water dispenser available downstairs. Steps away from night market.

CanadaIt's worth noting that some cosmetic touch-ups or repairs are needed, a common observation in many Taiwanese hotels (in contrast to Japanese hotels, where such issues are rare). Perhaps, it's considered the norm in Taiwan. One aspect that could be improved is the automatic switch-off of lights in the common areas on the main floor at 11 pm, which might be inconvenient for guests.
The hotel has a favorable location, just a 10-minute walk from a prominent night market and within 100 meters of a local market teeming with diverse food and restaurant options. The convenience of plentiful food choices is a definite highlight. While the city's subway or train system may not be as extensive as Taipei's, the bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom is satisfactory, and the ground floor boasts a play area for children, complete with complimentary toys available for borrowing.

SingaporeThe room curtains didn't help to cover the sunshine from outside, when the sun is up we are awake too due to the brightness from the windows. There's hair found in the room floor, had to pick it up with tissues and felt quite dusty.
Locations are near to the night market and not very far away from the train station.
