If you are a smoker you can only smoke in the terrace and when it rains you have no place to hide. Also the WiFi there didn't work

If you have conference or businnes in the TaiNex center is great. Otherwise it is far from the center. But connection by metro is very convenient. The hotel is small and cozy, very clean, with confortable beds and a great breakfast full of delicious Asian food.

They provided you with everything the things even posh hotels couldn’t provide. And it’s all free.

Hotel is about 10 minutes from the MRT. It’s on the blue line which is on the same line to a little of the attractions. The hotel is a bit dated but clean and has all the facilities provided and more with free self service laundry. Breakfast is provided but the choices were not great. Rooms are not not sound proof and the main bedroom doors have gaps under the door. We were told to be quiet for just talking in the night in our own room as other guests could hear us. Ended up having to whisper which as ridiculous! They missed cleaning our room one morning and as we returned in the evening housekeeping were not available. The receptionists was apologetic and quickly provided us with clean towels, etc.

It's far from Taipei main station. Like 30mins train ride.. it's a little inconvenient for me because i have heavy luggage. Also I think it would be nice to have shower curtain to minimize water coming to the floor outside the bathtub. I'm worried that it will be slippery when you step out of the bathtub

Breakfast is good.. it is really tasty.. Room is clean.. bed is also nice. Staff are friendly and act professional I like that we have a nice view from our window.

The room had no windows, which made it feel cramped and stuffy (though this was clearly listed when booking). The low ceiling added to the cramped feeling and might be uncomfortable for taller guests. There was no bar of soap provided in the bathroom upon arrival, and even after the room was cleaned, it was not replenished. The bathroom had poor ventilation, requiring a dehumidifier that took up additional space. The room was small and felt dated, with an old TV reinforcing the outdated feel. While the price is fair, better accommodations with more updated facilities are available in Taipei for a similar cost.

The hotel’s location is convenient for those visiting the exhibition center, as it’s within walking distance. The price is relatively reasonable for Taipei

Someday the cleaner remove used foot towel and towel without replacing with new sets. The 2 female receptionists is not friendly and display unwillingness attitude.

Daily room service is on par. They will constantly refill bottle water and toiletries.

Would suggest hotel to have option to allow sheets/towels to not be washed every day for sustainability. Maybe a card? Or something in the room, so that guests can indicate that no need sheets/laundry needed everyday? We can all do a part :)

Windowless room is perfect for quiet nights - unlike many other hotels in the city. Great breakfast buffet. Warm showers, even comes with a bathtub! Very clean rooms - no cigarette smell on the 3rd floor. Handy luggage weighing scale at the lobby. Friendly staff. Wonderful 3 night stay! Highly recommended.

The restroom at the side room is too loud when someone was using the restroom upstairs. The downstair ones could hear and kept happening through the midnight and morning.
