There was mould on the ceiling of my bathroom which could have been easily removed with bleach. The towels also had bleach stains on them but they were washed and fresh. Some silicone rework in the shower area needed. Poor noise cancellation. I was in 806 and heard the entire party of 805 till 2 am at least. The staff on duty was able to help me to tell them to stop the music but not sure how a room of this size can start a party and the hotel allowed it. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place but if you're in Taipei for nightlife and just a place to sleep, it's perfect.

The staff were all really nice and helpful, with a good attitude. The room is a reasonable size for the location which is usually quite congested. Nice blue building and easy to find.

Rooms might be a bit small if you have larger luggage.

Was close to Taipei Main Station. Still have to walk through the station a bit to reach the street but you can walk through the K Underground Mall. Also a pleasant walk to the NTU Hospital station. Also well connected to the bus system. Friendly and helpful staff no matter what time of the day we met them. Room was small but cozy and had everything we needed, but we also only had 2 small bags with us. Anything more you might have an issue. Everything in the 'minibar' like drinks (non-alchololic) and cookies were free, which is quite rare. Comfortable beds. Bright rooms overlooking the busy street but without being too noisy.

The design is conceptual but still comfortable. The in-room sockets are top. Room is spacious enough and it is a beautiful blue.

The odors, the hotel is pretty new you can tell it’s still on construction.

It’s close to the main train station. And the interior is cool well designed. Very modern. And it has a huge tv.

There were flies coming out of shower, and you can here water flush down if you stay in a lower floor. Our room‘s curtain is not fully cover in the toilet room. Toilet is a bit transparent. The room is quite small but enough to lay our luggages.

The room is clean and very new. The shower is very high tech, toilet has bidet. They also provide daily cleaning. The staffs are also helpful. The atmosphere is very calm and modern with gallery-art vibe.

Walls are just too thin for rooms but it didn’t bother me since I’m a heavy sleeper.

The location was superb! 5 mins to Taipei Main Station. It was also just a 15 minute walk to Ximending and 20 minute walk to Chang Kai Shek Memorial. It was also very convenient since there are many restaurants, convenient stores and even Starbucks in the area. Love the bathroom facilities too!

The room is rather small and uncomfortable if you are traveling with large luggage. It’s ok for a 2 nights stay but not longer, perhaps. We went out to grab coffee and do a laundry before the check out and come back to find out that our key card didn’t work anymore. With slow elevator, it took a while to going up and down and the staff finally gave me the actual key since the card didn’t work for some reason. The price during our stay was pretty expensive for what we got. But it might be because it was around a long holiday.

Location is the best. Interesting design.

The standard double bed room was very very small with a desk and chair , only limit space for hung up clothing. It's different from the booking .com website that I booked. No space for walking or standing if you have 2 luggage unless you moved the chair to either bathroom and tuck in them under the desk . When you need desk to work you have to push luggage near the bathroom area. There are couple problem for the noise. No sound prove window, wall and door ( too thin I guessed ) which you could easy to be disturbed by adjacent room guests movement and ambulance siren sound from the street .

The location is incredible close to Taipei main station, MRT, Airport MRT ,THSR and hip of restaurants nearby . Receptionist are very young and nice, just a bit shy to greeting to hotel guests . The room amenities are very basic but good quality. Mini bar with 2 cans of soft drink ( not sure is free or left from previous guest ).

location is super convenient. Direct train from airport to main station and within few minutes walk to reach the hotel. A shopping mall next to it.

Unfortunately it does not have a proper wardrobe or sufficient hanger/storage for 3 person's clothes and luggage. The blinds are also not light proof. Can also still hear traffic from the room in 4th floor.

The room is neat and clean. Location is superb as it is short walking to Taipei train station and Xi Men Ding area. Many food options around to explore as well.

The pillow is so soft very hard for us to have good sleep.Toilet is very small. The staircase is are not bright enough quite dark.
