Comfortable bed, large room, and great bathroom. Brilliant location, very close to Metro. Staff were helpful. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

The wifi was a waste of time and we just Airalo which was great. Although the staff spoke English I don’t think they really understood it as we got a few weird answers. The lobby is very small and no good if you are meeting friends there before you go out

The hotel is in a great location near Zhongshan MRT Station, surrounded by shops, malls, cozy cafés, and restaurants. The bed is comfortable, a microwave is available, and the mini-bar items are complimentary. They even provide a zip-lock bag to take home the handmade soap. These thoughtful details made my stay really enjoyable.

The curtain in my room couldn’t fully shut, letting in too much light early in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location near Zhongshan MRT Station, surrounded by shops, malls, cafés, and restaurants. The bed is extremely comfortable. I left my luggage with the concierge as I would be returning in a few days. When I checked back in, they had already arranged my room with my luggage. It was a very thoughtful and convenient touch.

The smallest negative: the hot water does take a very long time to come through (shower).

Very comfortable in a bustling, convenient location. Good sized rooms with all the comforts, made the stay leisurely and enjoyable. Very close to the busy Zhongshan MRT station. The bathroom/shower features were nice surprises. Staff were attentive and friendly.

There was a mosquito in our room but the front desk provided us a plug in so it was handled promptly. The bedrooms lights didn’t turn off all the way, so there was a slight dim while we slept (we tried every remote and button in the room and could not figure it out). We used eye coverings instead, which was fine but not ideal.

Staff was helpful and kind. Location couldn’t be beat - very centrally located and close to the MRT, great food, and popular attractions. Even though our window faced the Main Street, you couldn’t hear much noise. Heated toilet was amazing.

- The room is very DIM! especially not conducive for females to put on make up. There should be a Daylight bulb in place above the full length mirror is - Weak hairdryer, again it is not conducive for those with long hair, it works slow and takes long time to dry, time waster and can be frustrating - The room doesn’t look as spacious as the size promises, maybe cos’ of the odd layout, not the typical squarish functional design. - Serious lack of hooks in bathroom (i hv read the same review on this before and hotel didn’t work on this?) - The paper-like fiber material room slippers were a mood damper as most comfortable and feels tacky - Still hv rooms for improvement on the overall maintenance and cleanliness. Notice stained silicones in the bathroom and study desk looks dated with scratches

- The bed is comfy - Free soda, good selection of teas, UCC coffee and instant milk tea given. Nice gestures! - The jacuzzi bathtub and TV in the bathroom! - Of cos mustn’t forget the good location

Absolutely LOVE the rain shower and the bathtub jacuzzi. The toilet is better than most 5-star hotels. The bathtub jacuzzi function is so relaxing after a long day of walking. Really comfortable beds! Love that it's right next to the MRT station exit The TV is new and connects to Netflix and YouTube!

Can't think of any dislikes.

The hotel boasts a prime location, with an MTR entrance conveniently situated right outside. The surrounding area is dotted with numerous malls and eateries. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the facilities are immaculately maintained. The breakfast offerings are predominantly Asian-style and extremely delicious. House keeping replenished bottled water and snacks, which is always a bonus.

Heavy glass door entrance can be inconvenient to open. Also entrance is black so can be easy to miss.

Location near Zhongsan subway station exit 3 convenient. If travelling wth luggagae there is lift at exit 5 which is abt 300m away. Opp Shinkong Mitsukoshi dept stores where there is food court and stalls to buy tea and souvenir foods at basement

Breakfast was limited of choice and quality. For guests staying more than 5 days can be quite challenging.

Location is the highlight of the hotel. 50 steps to the MRT stations.

No way to lock the toilet door. Why? Transparent strip around the toilet that does not provide a sense of security when using the toilet. No blinds option to close the transparent area. No laundry facility. Aircon temp was impossible to adjust. Only way is to switch off. The emergency rig in the room had bolts sticking out in the ground and stepping on it hurted the foot.

Location is excellent. Right in the shopping area and super near to Zhongshan MRT. Interesting room facilities including TV near bathtub. Even provide full toiletries and complimentary drinks in fridge and some snacks. 3 remote controls- one for tv, one for curtains and 1 for lights.
