The bed was very hard and the pillows were very flat. Having no windows was harder than I thought it would be for waking up.

Location is amazing. The place is very unique. Breakfast is good.

It could have offered a bit more space and a view (we had none) but that is just a nice to have.

I liked the fact that each of the beds had dedicated sockets with USB connection which we only found out upon arriving. What made me choose this hotel was that the sink was accessible from the main room while the T&B were separate from each other. This meant each of the facilities allowed independent access which I thought was most ideal for triple sharing. I do not recall seeing any other hotel room designed this way.

The room is immaculate. The service is great. The hotel is very modern. Everything is very clean very well looked after.

Room didn’t have a separate bathroom but that is understandable due to smaller room size, we used the lobby bathroom if needed.

Great location, close to MRT 2 stops away from Taipei Main Stn and bus stop right outside. Was quiet despite the rather central location (stayed on floor 3). We had 3 single beds and despite the small room size there was space to have our luggage’s out and lots of room to hang clothes/items. All toilets are equipped with a bidet. There are snacks in the lobby and a free welcome drink!

To our surprise, the bed was rock hard and difficult to get used to. Unfortunately, it's not stated on the booking site when rooms come without windows. The hotel is right next to some main roads, so it can get a bit noisy.

Unfortunately, we booked a room without a window. The staff was able to accommodate us and change our room—thank you! The property has a cool design and is very well located, with lots of food and shopping options, as well as the subway nearby.

The staff were very friendly especially Stanley who was helpful in both Mandarin and English. The hotel has a very cohesive cute design with a cool little candy bar area. Cocktails in the restaurant were great ( I had the honey trap) and there were pretty of nearby coffee, shopping, and restaurants.

The room was not sound proof. It was next i the lift and we can hear showering and voices from another room.

Staff were friendly and gave good advice. They also allowed us to put our luggage there for a few days and collect it when we came back from other parts of Taiwan.

The hotel entrance is not clear for new comers.

The location of the hotel is near to train and bus station. Ther are a few restaurants near the hotel so we can enjoy delicious food nearby.

Great, well designed, quirky hotel. The bed was enormous and the room was spacious and comfortable. There were lots of little touches throughout the hotel that we appreciated e.g. the pick your own sweet station and complimentary drink voucher (although we were unable to use this as the bar was booked for private use). Good area in an interesting part of the city. Short walk to shopping, coffee and restaurants.

This place was great. In prime location to get to so many different spots. Very walkable. It was really hot when we were there and they gave up water bottles every day.

The rooms were a bit small. If possible, the hair dryer should be replaced with a more powerful one. Also more tv channels can be offered.

The location is excellent and the staff were helpful. The breakfast offered quite a variety of choices and the food quality was generally good.

It's not what I don't like but the hotel is working on sustainability. They didn't provide the amenities but I don't have any problems with it
