I chose a wrong room type and had no common tv. Everyone has to cast from a personal device & im not able to enjoy Taiwan shows and chill at night. No night light and whole room is complete darkness with no window.

Near convenient stores, one small food street, location is quite strategic with 10-15min to most city malls and night markets. Staff are very polite and helpful.

We have an incident of electricity outages one night when back to the hotel room. So that was a little unpleasant. But the technician and staff were prompt in assisting. So that made up to it. Mainly didn’t like that there isn’t a swimming pool and there is no view from my hotel room given.

Areas that are visible are clean but some areas which are not too obvious are full of dusts. For example, there is a pillar in our room. We could see that the pillar was full of dust when we climbed up to the second deck of the beds. The second deck of the beds are quite high even for adults. So, it is not recommended for the kids to sleep on the second deck. Since our room does not have any window. It is recommended to add more lights. It is rather dark as a whole.

Convenient location, close to MRT. It is quiet and clean. The welcoming drink and snack bar zone is a bonus.

The light is not very bright. Although there is light near the mirror, it is not good enough for make-up. Another problem is that the road outside the hotel is on the non-stopping zone. Hence, it is hard to get a taxi outside the hotel, unless you make a reservation / book uber beforehand.

The location is good, just a few minutes to MRT. The room facilities are sufficient and the bed, though a bit hard, is comfortable, especially it is good for elderly. I appreciate very much that there is a snack zone on the ground floor where the guests can take some sweets / snacks, and each floor has a water dispenser where the guests can fill up their own bottles which is more environmental friendly. The room and the beds are clean.

your restaurant staff service could be friendlier since we meet them daily for 7 days. they look tired and just wanted to finish their job.

location was near MRT so is good. near the creative park as well. room was clean with all basic needs breakfast was good enough but as we stayed for 7 days, it wasn't appealing after a while since is the same everyday.

Stayed in a windowless room and the lighting were just slightly too dark, only yellow light were available. It would be nice to have some white light options too. But nevertheless it doesn’t affect the overall experience.

The AC was really strong but thankfully each bed had a massive duvet which made it really comfortable. It's a matter of personal reference but I thought the beds were slightly hard and the pillows could have provided more support.

We got a quadruple room for the three of us. The room had two bunk beds (4 beds in total) and was really spacious even though it was oddly shaped. It was conveniently located next to the park which was a good landmark for taxi drivers and less than a 5 minute walk from the subway. Check-in was really smooth, and the room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, including a luggage stand and a small table that you could fold away so that it didn't take up too much room. Each bunk bed had its own tv and headphones which was really convenient, and the hotel provided bottled water every day. The toilet and bathroom were separate which is ideal for a larger group since it meant that we could use them separately. The toilet also had a Japanese-style bidet seat which was really comfortable.

No major comments here, we were pretty happy about everything :) Maybe just a bit few choices for breakfast, but it's nitpicking, really.

We had such a lovely time during our stay! The room was very spacious, clean and quite quirky, great design and facilities! Also absolutely love that they have a free candy bar and that they give you gold coins to redeem your breakfast. Very good location as well, around a lively and a bit hipster-y area that was nice to explore.

The location is perfect if you would like to visit Huashan Creative Park. The renovation is quite interesting. Also, the staff is very helpful as they helped us to unlock the suitcase as we got some problems with it.

1. For those who are sensitive to noises. The wall or door might be a bit thin as I could hear the noises even in the middle of the night (cleaning / people closing the door). 2. I love the design overall but the ceiling was very high, with the rough texture of concrete or something, it would be great to have it in the living room but I personally felt a bit unsecured sleeping underneath it by myself. 3. The smell of the room is a bit weird and it took me a while to be used to it. Well, it’s not a 5-star hotel so I’m okay with all these things. But I won’t recommend it to my parents (the elderly people).
