SingaporeThere was a power trip in the middle of the night, which caused all lightings in our room to reset and turned on by itself. Door bell rang by itself too. The horror and shock it caused us as we jumped up from our sleep. Regardless staff were apologetic and polite about it. I believe this is a one time off incident, and the overall stay was still good

Hong Kongit's not adjacent to any metro station (but close enough to me, a 5-10 min walk). The hotel is surrounded by residential and commercial buildings which not only there won't be any view from the window in my room, it's actually like being watched by neighbours. I myself am very all right with it as I live in Hong Kong. But I guess this might bother a lot of international travellers.
it's small and compact but very well layout with thoughtfulness everywhere in the room. I like the fact that TV remote can almost control everything including all the lights. the shower and water pressure / water temperature control is one of the best I've ever had in hotels, honestly it's even better than some 6 stars luxurious big names hotels out there. very nice bed too.

We went to taichung for another 2 day trip in between of our Tango Zhonngshan stay, the staff are too nice to help keeping our luggages and remember us when we come back before we showed our identities. Luggages were delivered to our rooms so that we don't need to carry ourselves. Nice bed and good location as well.

United StatesWe would have preferred an earlier check-in time which is late afternoon. Our flight landed at 6 am. They kindly held our luggage while we explored the city until check-in time arrived, but we really just wanted a shower and a bed.
Conviently located within easy walking distance of main train station. Breakfast was amazing and not to be missed. Room was exceptionally clean and we never heard a sound from anyone else. Would choose again.

A bit too far from Taipei Main Station to go on foot. Better choose Zhongshan MRT station to go to the train station. We stayed in a quiet and very neat room. Water and tea available in the room. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath. Good breakfast with many Asian hot dishes. But also different types of bread (with jam and butter). Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They will help you decide which MRT you should take to the places you want to visit. Maps are also available at the reception.

ThailandThe location is quite far from the MRT station and Taipei main station. Even though it is walkable but if you have big and heavy luggages then I don’t recommend walking. Even though the room is top notch, there isn’t a really big space to open a big suitcase. I have carry on suitcase which is fine but I would feel annoying if I have a big luggage. But the most annoying thing is the wifi connection, it is very unstable, on and off all the time in my phone. You guys should fix it.
What stands out for me is the comfort of the room. I like the jacuzzi bathtub, the Japanese toilet and and a very nice doubled bed. There are two convenient stores Family Mart and 7-11 just right outside of the hotel. They also have free laundry which I was able to make use of it.
