The hotel is on walking distance of the train station, which came in handy for us. There are shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The breakfast buffet is good.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Excellent location, close to an metro station and to many many sights in the city. Very nice bathroom, a superb shower and a very comfy bed. We slept like a stone and woke up well rested. There was no disturbing noise from the street.

Lack of hanging space. Will be good to have a row of bars or hooks in the room.

Check in was quite late at 4pm, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and go out but it would have been nice to check in a little earlier.

The property seemed really new, and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were really lovely and would try their best to help at all times

Hotel was reasonably hard to find, had to ask around for directions. Pleasantly surprised the superior double room was equipped with a jacuzzi that had nanogel technology! It helped soothed my muscles throughout my stay. Lots of food options & convenient shops near the hotel. Had to leave early for a trip one morning, and staff helped to arrange a doggie bag breakfast of rice burger & a hot latte in advance. Thanks!

We really liked our stay! The rooms are very spacey and clean, the bed really big, and the bathroom was big enough too. It had all the amenities you needed. You can also use the laundry machine for free. The location is very convenient, Zhongshan is a great area to stay. The personnel was very friendly and helpful as well!

- windows can’t be opened in this room category, which was no issue for us personally since the AC was running smoothly, but if you are sensitive about that maybe consider a room with a balcony (which faces towards the inside of the hotel and can be viewed from the hallway) - carpet in the rooms could be an issue for people which allergies (I personally had no troubles and I am a highly allergic person) - pillows were a bit hard and the blanket was a bit to thick causing us to sweat even though the AC was running

- very new and modern hotel (as seen on the pictures) - very clean and provides all amenities you could need - excellent location near MRT and bus stations making it easy to get around Taipei or on trips outside the city + several convenience stores, breakfast places, restaurants and bars right next to the hotel - very friendly and attentive staff - quiet room and AC (we were in room 9005 on the upper floors and could not hear noice from the street or neighbours, even though the hotel is in a very lively neighbourhood)

The complimentary breakfast is simple yet delicious, especially the bread with toaster available to make sure they are hot when serve. The sound proofing of room is fantastic. The complementary washing and drying facility is welcoming. Overall a good stay.

The Wifi inside the room was not stable enough.

The location of the hotel is located at the center of the Taipei City, just 5 minutes by walk away from the Zhongshan/Nakayama metro stations. Also the hotel provides washing and drying machine (free). Excellent design for business travelers. Also the service of the hotel is excellent and the staff are very helpful and polite.

Closet had good hanging space but I would've loved a couple more drawers for storing clothing. That's literally the only thing I can think of!

The rooms have been renovated recently and have so many great features: great lighting (with intuitive controls), blackout curtains, built-in wireless charging on the bedside table, whirlpool soaking tubs, rain showers, a Japanese washlet toilet, and very comfortable beds. Fabulous location close to the MRT and many great dining options. Mid-size hotel that felt 'just right' in terms of services / amenities without being impersonal and huge. Cheerfully helped with cabs, provided an umbrella, and offered free laundry facilities. I liked it so much I stayed there twice, at the beginning and end of the my trip in Taiwan! The second time they upgraded me to a top-floor room with in-room laundry.

Very accommodating staff - I intentionally left some groceries in my room, but they packed it in a paper bag and gave it back. I thought that was sweet. I ended up giving it to my tour guide. Lol Place is very near banks, police station, train station, shopping outlets, and restaurants Nice small room with bathtub
