My bunk was right at the door so I could hear a lot of people coming and going. I did not like that.

Location right at the airport terminal two is great. There were a lot of free amenities. The place was very clean. I like that there was a food court right outside

Even during my longer break in the dormitory, it became clear that you can definitely hear your fellow sleepers. So it's not like a classic capsule hotel, where this is not the case at best.

Certainly an option for a longer break or a night at the airport. Everything clean, tidy and friendly staff.

There are people moving around a lot and in and out of the room after 10:30 pm which made it difficult to have some sound sleep.

The property is very clean and well managed.

The other travelers who came in late at night or leaving very early who makes so much noise. This is my 5th visit to this hotel and the worst experience. Some people seem not to consider others in the room who are still sleeping or are trying to sleep (!) I would expect it would be a common sense not to make much noise in such type of room sharing with many people. I have never had this problem before though. I guess it was a bad luck.

The location is perfect for the person who are staying there just for the transit, like me. I was arriving at the airport at night and leaving there early in the morning. I really liked the location and the staff who makes tea at the reception.

A little bit noise due guests not respecting the silence. Key beep for opening the door might irritate to some extent.

Perfect for one night. Room and bathroom clean. Perfect location in terminal one, easy to go to terminal two. Restaurants on the same floor.

Very nice place to stay. We got in around 3am. Slept till 1000 and out by 1100. The only change I would love is to have it at an hourly rate. We stayed there just to kill time and get a few hours of sleep before our travels, and it was pretty expensive for a tiny place to stay. But we also lived that it was a tiny place to stay because it was so cute.

I am a senior and was able to get the bottom room. The top room can only be accessed by a vertical ladder . You need to be fit to choose that !

It was convenient, located in the airport. Lots of food available just outside Hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed , good lighting. Showers and toilets just a few steps from room, also very clean. Other guests were respectful of rules, so it was quiet and peaceful surroundings. Reception was able to keep a watch on my luggage while I was out. There are no lockers on site.

The accomodation was booked for a 6 hour layover between flights. However I didn't realise when booking that we had to leave the transit zone in Terminal 2 and pass through immigration and security which took some time. We then had to go through immingration and security again to get back to the departures As the plasn was late and we were told to leave 90 mins to get back from the immigration to our depature gate we ended up only staying in the accomodation for 2 hours. So unless I had a layover of more than 8 hours I wouldn't book again. The beds were in a dormitory with a blind separating sleeping spaces. So it was not a as quite as I thought as people were coming and going.

The sleeping space was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I understand every is going green, but it's function as for the travellers have longer transfers, nothing was provided just so inconvenient. I mean, who brings a towel for transfer? And the towel will be wet for the next destination.

Its on the top floor if the terminal. It feels like brand-new. Very clean.

The bath towel could have been bigger.

Straight to the point instructions from the front desk personnel. The bed was very comfortable. They were able to provide me with my requests. Overall, a very good first time experience at this hotel.

Stylish and comfortable pod hotel, well organized, shop, food and tables right outside. The rooms have a low ceiling but were spacious - and the bed and pillow really comfy! Good crowd there, too! I was stranded at TPE at midnight and thankful I didn’t have to leave the airport. So I took the last room (for four but still worth it). Slept like a baby and the next day the world looked entirely different!
