The rooms doesn’t have windows so incase of emergency it might be difficult to escape. But overall the rooms was clean and the also the toilet.

The property is 3 mins away from the shopping district and the location is peaceful.

We took a few rooms, some rooms come with carpets which is less hygienic and have an old used smell The 1 room with parquet/wooden floor were clean and nice

It is a bit odd that the reception is in a cafe so there wasn't really any lobby area but not a huge issue. Our room wasn't cleaned during our whole 3 night stay.

Amazing location near the metro and lots of bars/shops/restaurants in the buzzy Ximen district and clean rooms. We had no problems with noise or thin walls like other guests said.

Location close to Ximen station and bus station. There are also local restaurants and 7/11 near by. The room is good enough and value for money. Staff is also helpful

While checking in, we spotted a cockroach running into underneath the wooden bed frame (half rotten). Maybe it's time to change the bed frame. There's not enough hangers for 4 people to dry our clothes in the room. The hanging rack for Quadruple room is too narrow.

You get what you pay for. The location is good. The room is basic for a simple stay. The bathroom is clean and ok.

There is no water bottle or water fountain in this time in this hotel. And the curtain in the bathroom is dirty.

This is a clean place in a good location , close to station, 7/11, restaurants, movies,, etc. front desk staff are very helpful and reception is 24/7. We intend to stay there again on our return to Taipei

Superb location near metro and buzzing ximending area. Very good bathroom and daily cleaning service . Provide luggage storage service also. superb location. grocery store, metro bus, thsr station everything nearby.

Was upset they didn't provide hotel slippers. Good thing I bring mine. Nonetheless, we didn't encounter any issues during our stay.

The location. It's a 5 minute walk from Ximending Main station and Night Market. Also, you can leave your things at the reception incase you arrived earlier than your check-in time or incase your flight back to your country is later than your check-out time.

The a/c was not yet on when we checked in at around 6 or 7 PM so it was hot in the room. We switched it on right away at the lowest setting and went out for dinner after freshening up. When we got back to the room, there was leakage coming from the a/c and the carpet was already wet. Unfortunately, there’s no room available for us to transfer to but the staff was kind enough to assist us and brought a huge pail. 😂 staff assured that they will have it fixed the day after. Next day, they did clean the room and changed the towels bcos they had to enter the room to fix the a/c. However, I don’t think they changed the sheets. And they did not clean the room after the first night. We booked 4 nights and room was only cleaned once. There’s no complimentary water bottles as well. We explicitly requested the staff at the reception to have our room cleaned on the 3rd day but the room was the same as how we left it in the morning. The rooms are not sound proof, just as what other reviews mentioned. The sound is not bothersome for our case. You can hear the voices from the next room but volume was not distracting. There’s a loud noise from the bathroom when you are using the bidet – like there’s too much pressure on the water pipes. Also, the CR door has an opening at the top so you can quite hear what’s going on in the comfort room.

Very easy to find on google maps. It’s at the center of Ximending Shopping District. There’s a lot of convenience stores beside and across the street. The night market is just 2-3 blocks away, so as PX Mart and Carrefour where you can buy goods/souvenirs for cheaper price. Room is spacious enough for 4 pax. We got two double beds. There’s A/C, TV, hair dryer, electric kettle, safe/vault, mini fridge, and some complimentary coffee and tea in the room. There’s also a table and chair with a place to hang some clothes right outside the bathroom. Toilet and bath is quite spacious and there’s bidet in our room. Towels are provided as well. You also get a floor to ceiling window that is about a meter wide on two corners of the room so you get to see the street outside. They do not accept early check-in or late check-out but you can store your luggage at the reception downstairs at the cafe. Staff is kind and accommodating. Main door and room door are accessed through key cards.

Check in is too late, check out is too early. The aircon we have in our room is not cold its like just a fan but not hot. Not sound proof you literally hear you neighbor hahaha. But over all its good experience

Location is near to ximen station 2-3mins away only and also in ximending night market. Comfort room is nice specially the shower(Hot&cold).

It’s very near Ximen Walker street and Ximen MRT. I highly recommend the place because there’s a lot of shops around. It’s very accessible and convenient.

The fact that I have to notify the counter to ask the housekeeper to clean our room. But the cleaning is excellent!

Location wise is excellent! 5 mins walk from Ximen MRT station. Ximending area is just around the corner.
