Very friendly service! We arrived late as the airport queue was really slow, but the owner was very friendly and waited for us. The room is really nice and very close to Jiufen old street and Amei tea house. The night views are beautiful! The sea view from the room and the breakfast area is so beautiful too. We had a great breakfast. Owner was very helpful to send our luggage to old street after checkout

If you have mobility issues, do not choose the room with a narrow flight of steps down. Also you will need to lug your luggage up the stairs when u check out. Also, the door leading to the balcony is transparent, save the mosquito netting. It helps to let natural light brighten the room, but u will wake up to light entering the room as well. I don't see any curtains to draw.

Love that the B&B is on a quiet street but directly accessible to the jiufen old street via a flight of stairs just infront of the establishment. Also, if u walk left or right, u will see many interesting craft shops. Especially love the pottery shop with all the cute cats. And the view from balcony is nice. Breakfast overlooks the mountains and sea.

The staff is super nice and helpful and the location is in the middle of the village where you can access to bus stop and main walking street easily but still quiet area. And of course the room is surprisingly spacious.

A little steep stairs to climb everywhere but thankfully owner helped us with our luggage ~

It is very near the Jiou Fen old street, got a nice view when we woke up in the morning especially at the dining area.

We stayed in the family room which was a very quaint refurbished house. It was huge with 4 double beds on 2 floors and loft . It was beautiful historic stone house that had modern amenities and very comfortable. On a cold rainy day it was so warm inside. Definitely recommend for a modern comfortable yet authentic jiufen “home stay”.

Is an old property, and toilets and bathroom are outside the room, there are a lot of moths flying at night, and .. we saw a cockroach lurking near the water dispenser .., the view is not as great as in pictures, the attic floor, is basically under-use and doesn't seem to be well maintained, you won't want to sit there.

Clearer instructions on our accommodation could be better. For example, telling us in advance our unit number rather than showing us on the map.

Would have liked notice that the 2 rooms I booked weren’t in the same building. We also booked a family room with 4 beds only to arrive and be shown a room with 2 beds. I had to show the booking clearly stating we had 4 beds for the employee to unlock a door with the other 2 beds.
