Very dated. No heat until after 9pm. Bathroom has now shower curtain, towels r small microfiber wipes. I asked the front desk for a bath towel which i got but still very poor quality. Bed is super stiff.

Very dated and old. But all the hotels inside the park are so. It is great location.

A disappointing stay where reality starkly differed from advertised photos, featuring a bathroom in disrepair with a broken panel obstructing sink usage and a cramped shower that caused water damage. The dated amenities, including a questionable heater and uncomfortable bed with subpar bedding, combined with the eerie atmosphere reminiscent of an Asian horror film, make this accommodation barely passable even for a single night's stay. Not recommended unless you're truly desperate for a place to sleep.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Stay was bare minimum with a basic bed and semi-functional shower that served its purpose for a single night. While the water refill station was a small convenience, the overall conditions make this place suitable only for the most desperate overnight stays. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere for any stays longer than one night.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

it was very cold, they dont turn on heater before 9PM.and they dont give you extra heater as well.so after a long day of hiking you come your room to relax and get warm but unfortunately it is not possible

The bed is as hard as the floor. We noticed the heater doesn't turn on until 9 pm and it automatically turned off in the morning. It was freezing and uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

The beds are stone hard, and the staff not super friendly. They forgot to tell us that the breakfast included in the price is served in a restaurant 10 minutes away so we almost missed it. The hair dryer didn’t work and the towels are really small. Overall the price was too high for the experience, if I had to do it again I would spend a second night in Fenchi Hu.

Super well located and they kept our bags the day before our stay (we had booked a night in Fenchi Hu).

Bed too hard. Towels given were just hand towel size and not absorbent. Hot water kettle was dirty with some black water, seemed to be coffee from many days ago.

Is right at Alishan Forest Recreation area. So is convenient to go to the train station/shuttle bus station. It has the tour for morning sunrise viewing spot, which is different from the usual Zhushan observation deck - so no need to wake up too early.

Cleanliness, I found hair on the pillow and in the toilet. There was no noise isolation, you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor. The heating wasn't working. The shower made the whole bathroom completely wet. Very overpriced for the quality.

The bed was really hard. The towels are like hand towels. If the property is marketed as a hotel, then these facilities are not good enough, especially for the price.

The location is superb. The room was clean with an opening window.

No elevator, beds were verry hard, (we like a nice hard bed, but this one was way to hard for us), mold walls due to humid environment. All together a bit to expensive for what you get.

Location was good and braekfast was nice and filling. Though not served in the hotel, it's served next to the station and the buffet gives you plenty of different options.

Towels are too small, beds too hard for my liking but comfortable and clean nonetheless. Check out a bit early at 1030am.

Rooms are simple but really clean, very cosy. Hotel also provided booking of sunrise tour and includes nice breakfast spread.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. It was raining so hard and I was trying to park the car, they immediately asked for credit card as if i'm not gonna pay. No elevator and very firm to say no to help us with our baggage. The room is very old, they provided a small towel and sockets are very limited.

It's the furthest hotel in the hotel area and the slope can be a killer if you choose to walk over from the main entrance/ recreational area. It's also quite a dated hotel, but at least it's still clean in general. Breakfast is at one of the restaurants in the main recreational area, and it seems to be catered for vegetarian, with very limited choices. Try not to have too high expectation for it.

Basic and decent rooms with readily available water dispenser (both hot and cold water) on our floor. The room size is great but that is only because we booked a quadruple room for the 2 of us - there was no more double room available. I personally feel that the space will be quite small if it's really shared by 4 people...

Still a lot of money to pay for a small room. Towels provided are hand towels so a bit useless for drying oneself after a shower (we had our own so used them). A few bugs made there way into the room, although that stopped once we used towels to plug gap under the door

It's one of, or possibly, the cheapest room option in Alishan. Has a private bathroom, parking, provides breakfast at a location nearby.
