The lobby entrance and elevators a little bit creepy but when you got to the 9th floor where in the hotel located it was welcoming ambiance.

aesthetic theme of the hotel and rooms. Comfortable rooms clean towels and toiletries smells good. Pantry area are also overwhelming. Even though some staff don’t speak english they tries there best to accommodate guest needs. Thank you so much!

The only reason I don't give a 10 is WiFi which is basically non-existent. Most of the times I could not even connect and if I got a connection it was so slow that it was useless.

The location is unbeatable and rooms are comfortable and clean. I asked for directions to find the hotel and was sent a short video. Although it is in Chinese only it helped me to find the place immediately. I liked the free tea and biscuits in the lobby. You can't hear any traffic noise, only people in the hall way. But overall it is a very quiet place and great after a long flight to Taiwan.

Guests should be informed beforehand that housekeeping will only be done if the make up my room tag is hung on the door, as most other hotels will do housekeeping even without the tag. I also did find a single large ant in my room, but I’m not sure if it was from the room or if I brought it inside by accident.

The toilet in the private room don't have the Japanese's toilet flush.

There is the signage to the hotel but its a little hard to find however the staff was very kind they come to pick us up.

The room was a bit too small and the bathroom smelled a bit strong. The rooms are also not very well isolated in terms of sound.

There were free snacks, tea, and coffee 24/7 as well as open reception the whole day. The rooms were very nicely equipped although a bit small. The location is also very nice in the lively area of Taipei

Cons: Shared bathroom - shared bathroom is situated in a very strange location. You have to go out where all rooms were loc and past the elevator and lobby so it gives you a feeling of shame when you walk past with a towel haha 😅 it's bearable I just thought maybe they should place it within the rooms. Though clean but you can smell the dust and feels like they need to vacuum the carpet more. Also carpet is white-ish and it's starting to go gray. They need to do deep cleaning. Location was difficult to find at first bec it's inside a bld and you have to go inside and take the elevator. But it's good I totally understand. People there are helpful and friendly.

Pros: Staffs - Excellent and very friendly and helpful. I like that despite us being from a third world country, they treat us professionally and so accommodating. They're very genuine. Free - You can wash your clothes using their washing machine here free of charge, they also have free snacks and coffee!!!! Location- it's in the heart of Ximending district near MRT station and Taipei Main Station is walkable. It's a stone throw away from ximending walking district. Service- Smooth check in and check out process. Room - We got the room with shared bathroom. Room was comfy and just enough for what we paid for. Very modern and chic feels. Had a good night sleep every time Lobby - They were able to maximize the space with enough place to hangout. Bathroom - it's well-lit and very clean. It has hair dryer and good supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We didn’t know that the room wouldn’t have a window and we didn’t expect the room to be that small ( you barely can fit 2 pieces of luggages in the room)

The size of the room was too small for two people. We were tripping over each other. And the bed felt too small. The size is my only complaint.

Night staff (man) and the lady on dayshift were lovely and helpful. (The other men staff on dayshift were quite unfriendly though, unfortunately). Room was so clean and cosy! The bed was so comfortable! I loved the free washing. Air-conditioner was excellent. Lighting in the room was very great. Everything smelled so clean!

A little hard to find the location at the start, hence good to ask the staff in advance for directions. There is only 1 washer and dryer and it is often occupied. However there are nearby coin washer within walking distance.

Hotel is within the shopping district of xinmending, very convenient! Room is small, but adequate and cosy. They uses Dyson hairdryer. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free snacks and drinks too!

The sound proof is really really bad, you could hear basically every single movement. The place is located at above an old mall

We like everything about it, the space, cleanliness, the cozy despite small lobby, the room was great, bath and cr were clean and it comes with free toiletries, we loved the free moschino shampoos and conditioner, friendly and kind staff, its location, its with in ximending walking district and near exit 6. Everything nice, definitely will recommend and if given a chance to go back and we shall be staying in the same hotel🤗
