In the lobby there is a very pleasant atmosphere, to be working online at dawn, they sell beer and play pleasant music, I was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and kind.

The room had an unpleasant odour which was present throughout a visit. The room had lots of light sources when we were trying to sleep.

Great location. Attentive staff. Emilie took care of my needs and assured that I know the ins and out of the hotel. Walking distance to transport points. Free use of laundry equipment and supplies. Free snacks and drinks. 24/7 customer service. They even give out a food guide for the guests to try in the area.

There was only 1 washer and dryer which meant long waiting times

It was difficult to find. We had to ask for help from a few people to find the elevators as there are 2 different sets of elevators in the building leading to different accommodations. Maybe it would be helpful if they sent out a small guide in how to find the place as it was hidden on the 9th floor of a dreary building.

Coming from a poor hostel, this was a dream. There were so many snacks and tea to take. The rooms, bathrooms, and shared area were all spotless. The bed was so cosy. I didn't want to leave. They provided towels, rasors, slippers, hair ties, water and more. It was a bit of luxury for a low price. It is also in a great location. Right next to a busy street with street performers and restaurants. The staff seemed friendly.

Honestly it was amazing, everything was perfect. The staff are sooo helpful, the place has free laundry and snacks, and the beds are sooo comfortable. I'm actually sad to leave. It was also clean and so worth what you pay for. One of the best places!!!

Wonderwall is super clean very convenient in all places close to MRT and Ximending night market, Hello kitty 7 eleven and many more. Upon check in all the staff are very helpful and polite, the room is clean has a soft bed very comfortable. I highly recommended this place

This is a great place to stay in Taipei. The rooms are new and well-designed, staff are nice, free snacks and laundry. We stayed for 10 days and ended up staying in all the room types except for the one without a private bathroom and all were good. Will definitely stay again next time. Ps. The hotel is inside Lions Plaza. Walk in and go straight to the back where the lifts are, it’s on the 9th floor.

For room with a bath: Room has a very impractical small window from the bathroom and has no view (other buildings). Bathroom wasn’t clean at harder to reach spots, quite some mold. Bed was too short: it’s about 1.75m….slept with my feet over it. Bed was also quite firm. Staff seemed unhappy, not a single smile. There’s no safe in the room. Bad price/quality overall (too expensive).

The location is great, hard to find though- you have to arrive at Ximen metro station and ask for a video from the staff to understand it. Nice smart tv with all the apps. Big room with plenty of space (but we booked a room with a bath).

It was confusing going to the place, sending of the video location in advance can help the visitors to navigate.

The place is clean and modern. I stayed in the mixed dormitory and I feel safe. It is my first time doing solo travel, and I recommend staying at this place. Plus points for the free snacks, Dyson hair dryer, and free laundry!

The absence of bidet in 2024 is unreal. The toilet was also kind of weird. Nothing dealbreaking but what was that flap over the toilet drain.

The included soap and shampoo is great. I wish I can find where they buy those. The beds were also really comfy and the airconditioning is perfect. I also don't hear noise from neighbors or the hallway.

It’s near ximending, however, entrances at the mall are closed during midnight which we need to access to the back door which is a bit unfriendly for ladies (a bit scary). Overall was good except the access to the building
