Only stayed for 1 night before a flight so don’t have a tonne to say about this. But it was super conveniently located next to the station, easy to get to HSR and airport. Self check in was super easy (tho not sure what would happen if you did have an issue??) and room was nice and modern and comfy. Free water dispenser in the corridor too was a bonus

TaiwanTwo suggestions that I have for the hotel: (1) It will be better if the towel rack (for small towels) can be lower, so it can be more friendly to the disabled. (2) The type of slippers provided is kind of dangerous; it easily trip.
The location was great: it's only about three-minute walk from Kaohsiung Station, which makes travel very easy. We requested a chair for our disabled companion to use in the bath room. Our friend was really satisfied with the quality of the chair. The room is really good for the disabled. (There are multiple handrail that can it easier for our friend to move around in the bathroom.

South AfricaThe check in/out machine can take a while to read your credit card. Mine failed a few times but it eventually was approved. This might be a bank issue though. Other than that it was great!
The room was large and well equipped. It had a lounge area and an extremely clean bathroom. It was located right outside Kaoshiung main station, so you have easy access to the MRT/TRA. The check in/out system was automated and easy to use as you can switch the language. There are staff members on site to assist should you have a problem.

ThailandNo real front desk but after using the machine in the little ‘front desk’ to register ourselves), we were let in after checkin time (after 3 pm) but we could leave our luggage there before then. Also, no proper eating room for breakfast.
Quite a few pros: Great location (right across Kaohsiung Main Station, a few local restaurants that we didn’t try), paid laundry (NT 30 for washing and another NT30 for drying—45 minutes each but only 1 machine each), 1 drinking water machine (for hot, warm, cold), friendly staff (we had to knock on the window to speak to them but they were helpful and energetic),and clean and comfortable rooms. Probably good for low budget accommodation and young people with savvy technology skills.

ThailandUsing the automated check-in machines may not be easy for some people. Especially the process of paying with a credit card. An easy-to-follow infographic would be great.
Good location, exit from Kaohsiung MRT main station, walk across the road and arrive. Check-in and check-out are done through an automatic machine, convenient and fast, but room payment via credit card is limited to 3,000nt per time. You may have to swipe your credit card more than once. The rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are adequate.
