Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe hotel is very new! It just opened the month of my stay and it is the best hotel I have stayed at in terms of comfort and convenience. It is in a good area in Ximending. Subway exits are literally around it; 3 and 4 are next to it and 2 is infront of it. There is a small 7/11 next to it as well. Rooms are very huge and clean. The bed has a good amount of firmness and the pillows are so comfy. Two free water bottles a night and my amenities were constantly refreshed. I also love how the laundry is cashless. If you need to wash clothes or use the dryer, you can use your credit card or Easy Card.

AustraliaWe stayed the day after the grand opening. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, comfy with a large window overlooking Chung Hwa Road, the busy intersection of Ximentin. Overall, it is good value, and we will come back again.

SingaporeWhile advertised as “family friendly”, the crib that the hotel provided was at an unadjustable height (it was left at the bottom) and this was too low for our 3 month old infant. The staff tried to help by giving us additional bedding but this was not recommended iaw safe sleep practices. We ended up cosleeping instead. We also unluckily had a hotel room which had a flooded shower area. We called front desk who brought up maintenance staff to assist, but this did not clear the clogs in the drains completely and the bathroom had slow flowing water for the rest of our stay. While staff were extremely helpful, I would likely not rebook this place for the price it is going at. For travelers with younger babies, better off with other major hotel chains.
Location was excellent, within a minute’s walking distance from the exit of the subway station. Famous eateries and the heart of the city were at our doorstep.

SingaporeHave to take lift to 2nd floor to access lobby-front desk. Toilet seat not hot, had to get them to turn it on-why need to control?
Clean big room, huge bathroom. Great location-close to mrt and Ximending. Happy that they were able to meet our requests.

MacauFrom the room assigned on the 6/F, we heard the noise from the cars and scooters throughout the day. The water drain was blocked and flooded inside the shower enclosure. The front desk sent maintenance to clean the pipe, but the same problem appeared again the next day. It seems the drainer failed rather than the hair blockage.
The hotel's location is excellent. It is right at the junction of Ximen, with plenty of local street foods and restaurants. The entrance of the MRT is just a foot away from the hotel, which makes travelling to other parts of Taipei much easier.

Singapore1) There were 2 false fire alarm during the stay. Probably the smoke detector is too sensitive. 2) Although there are breads and coffee for breakfast, its the same thing everyday. 3) Our window is facing a construction site, we can literally see the crane operator 4) Lift goes to any floor, the access card checker is not working, anyone can just go up to your floor anyhow.
Location was right beside a train station. Opposite to popular night market (ximending) Coffee was provide with some simple breads on a daily basis and they allow you to store your item if you are arrived early Room is big
