The standard room was not big enough for two to open 2 check-in and 2 carry-on suitcases at the same time. The shower was not spacious either.

Clean room, water stocked, and sheets changed every day. Absolutely loved the breakfasts, and the staff was very helpful when I locked myself out. It was in a safe area and super convenient to go around the city from there as it was right outside a metro station on probably the most important line of the system.

Yes, the hotel management was very kind. I could have my vegan breakfast . I was feeling so blessed when I could have porridge , some vegan dish like fried vegetables . Tough the choices are not many , it was enough for me . Thanks so much. Moreover , there are also washing machine and dryer . Very near to MRT STATION, Fuzhong MRT station. Would stay again for my next trip if visiting Taiwan again .

Comfortable. Room a bit small but there are spaces to perform prayer. Toilet has bidet. Can wait for bus near in front of hotel. Easy to go anywhere. Mrt station is also walking 1 minute. I went to juifen n shifen by using bus in front of hotel. They clean my room everyday n also gave mineral water bottle everyday and changed towel everyday. Greatt.

The hotel room's soundproofing is quite poor; noise of conversations and doors closing is easily heard. The room is quite small, making it a bit difficult to move around.

The hotel staff are friendly, and the free laundry service on the 8th floor is very thoughtful. You can use the washing machines and dryers from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. to do your laundry. The hotel is close to the MRT, convenient to get around m

I missed having a cupboard in the room. Also as for the breakfast, aside from white bread, wholemeal bread should also be included.

The staff is super friendly and the room was really OK. The location is definitely convenient as there is a MRT just a few steps away.

We stayed at the 10th floor and sometimes getting the cigarette smell from somewhere(Don't know if it's the restaurant above or the other guests stayed on the same floor). During the whole stay was there a cockroach entering our room. And the space to arrange our luggage in the room is quite limited.

The location was perfect for visiting other places. The MRT station is very close. The water for shower is warm enough and strong enough. It's also an extra benefit to have a laundry machine provided for everyone to use for free. Might have a queue for the use but it's not a big problem.

Very strong smell of disinfectant along the corridor especially after daily housekeeping, unable to smell it inside the room though, understand it was due to sanitization, but hopefully the hotel could do some improvement, as a hotel should smell like a hotel and not feeling to have entered a hospital.

The Taiwanese breakfast served daily was good and sufficient varieties of local dishes, the cook and staff of the cafeteria are friendly though they do not speak much English, they are always there to help. Food with mommy taste, like it. The housekeeping lady was friendly and efficient.

The hotel location is great . Walking distance to mrt station, easy access to food . The cafe in level 12 worth for try. If you feel tire can try the TCM in level 3. Breakfast was great , if you need to travel out early , cafe will prepare you take away breakfast which was taste good . This hotel also provided free laundry .
