Although the sleeping area was fine, the floor was a bit dirty, and the curtains and TV were dusty.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and spoke fluent English and the position was good, super close to Taipei main station.

The room and especially the corridor smelled like a cleaned...bathroom. Cleaned, no doubt, but a bathroom nonetheless. Also, the room is quite small, barely enough for two people.

The location is quite good; it's a <10 minute walk from TPE airport subway. Note that the walk involves going through narrow streets, and so it would be difficult for people with luggage.

Fixed positioning of a shower head (without any curtain nor door) made wet wider area of bathroom include toilet bowl.

Walking distance from Taipei Main Station. Quiet at night. Surrounded by many small stores. Bed is comfortable and clean.

It would be better if the room was a little bit more spacious and the bed was a bit softer. The hotel could do with new signage in english as I walked passed the hotel several times before finding the entrance.

Location was good; close to the main train & bus station. There were a few good eateries on the same street but they tend to close around 8.00pm. The staff were helpful. The hotel had free laundry which is a plus if you are travelling for relatively long periods or packing light.

It is a bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, as the hotel is on the 3rd floor. The hotel should provide a photo of the entrance to the hotel. The plug is located above the bed, making it less convenient for charging smartphones. My travel adapter was broken because it was accidentally crushed while I was sleeping. The plug should be placed somewhere else (for example near the table)

The location is very strategic. The distance to Taipei bus station and Taipei Main Station is very close. It can be reached on foot. The staff is very friendly. We can contact the hotel easily.

The location is very close to Taipei Main Station. The room was quiet with very little street noise. They were able to take my luggage before I checked in.

Even though we booked a non-smoking room there was a strong smell of smoke. Not very clean. Stained sheets. One of those places where you can pay for a room for a couple of hours, and it fit the stereotype.

Maybe the bathroom needed a bit more of care, but it was nothing that bothered me much.

I don’t know how this hotel has so many bad ratings. It’s a business hotel, with a low price and in central Taipei. The room was perfectly fine for two people with four big backpacks, and the bathroom had plenty of space. It’s Taipei, it’s humid and with a lot of insects, so it’s normal to find them everywhere (in my case, a tiny spider that came and left through the window without much of a bother). The staff were super nice and friendly, and helped me with the washing machine. If you are expecting a luxury hotel, you are probably in the wrong place (as some people in the comments imply), but it’s a perfect spot in the city center, no noise at all at night, near the station and with a lot of convenience stores around. I will definitely repeat!
