Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsOne thing that bothered me was the smell of the room, probably coming from the bathroom. It smelled like the polluted rivers in Taiwan and the smell was really disturbing.
It was one of the cheapest accommodations near Taoyuan airport and HSR station so I decided to stay here. The hotel's facilities are ok and the bed was pretty comfortable. The location is pretty good as you only need to take one MRT line to reach the HSR station and airport. You can also take the Taiwan railways to go to Taoyuan city and Taipei.

Indonesiasince i couldn't read mandarin, i'm kinda lost when arrived in the hotel. i ask the people there, it was on 7th floor, but unfortunately, the hotel was on 5th floor.
the location is good. nearby to train station and there are 2 convenience stores nearby, so no worry if you find some snacks, just go around the hotel.

United StatesThe mounted TV was trapped inside of some kind of boxed decoration, which means I wasn't able to plug in my laptop in order to watch YouTube videos. The TV was also broken off of it's mount inside and almost fell out onto the floor. The decorative box thing also had lots of dust inside the lighted depression surrounding it all over. The shower head inside the bathroom felt like cheap plastic and with a lot more force than I expected. Parts of the wallpaper inside the room was chipping off and hadn't been properly cleaned, and I think the room in general wasn't swept completely clean. I've stayed at rooms with this kind of quality and cleanliness for half the price, so I'm not impressed.
There was more space inside the room than I was expecting, which is always nice. The reception desk being on the first floor was a little weird, but it was also super easy to check in and out. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the view from my sixth floor window. I also enjoyed the complementary bottle of green tea from the reception desk, but the black and oolong tea packets inside the room were also refreshing.

CanadaThe photos on Booking.com are very edited. They are drastically different in the worst way. Very loud hotel, hard bed, the comforter is too small for the bed. The rooms smelt like mold/sewer. Location is great though, close to night market and metro. Staff were fast and efficient.

TaiwanI had low expectations given the price, but this hotel still managed to disappoint beyond that. From the moment you arrive, there are challenges. There’s a small set of stairs at the entrance, which isn’t mentioned anywhere—something I found out the hard way while struggling with multiple sets of luggage. Additionally, if you're coming from Laojie River Station, be aware that the walk to the hotel is impractical with luggage. Once inside, the issues continue. The hotel is supposedly non-smoking, yet the smell of smoke lingers in the elevators and outside—possibly due to the location. The air conditioning only works if you manually switch it on, and on a four-night stay, there was no cleaning service at all. The room itself was in poor condition. Scuff marks were everywhere, and mold was a major issue. Constant water and vibrating sounds made it difficult to relax, and these noises never stopped. Occasionally, you could also hear people in the hallway. Toiletries aren’t provided for free—you have to buy them. And despite this being a hotel, some of the provided items, like a condom, made it feel far from family-friendly. The art displayed was just the cherry on top.
The location was fair, walking distance from laojie river station.

ThailandLove hotel with a friend is such a bad experience lol there are two condoms and the see through bathroom door. The place quite small didn’t have space for your big lugged, in the building consisted of ktv and bar and another love hotel. Seem dangerous to staying alone for travelers.
