The electric water kettle cap can't close well... It's very unsafe when boiling

The path to the room was a bit dark especially at night. Room size is a bit small.

Parking is expensive, very hard to find, location on booking and maps were wrong, felt like a treasure hunt. If you are able to text or call, you will be fine.

Perfect place to visit Taichung, we loved it. Safe, and cute.

It would have been hard to find, but the staff were very helpful and arranged to meet me on arrival and show me to the place. A little noisy at night due to it being an area with lots of young people, but nothing too significant.

A little difficult to find but the owner met us nearby and took us to the room.

A really pleasant owner and comfy room. We complained about the room being too smokey after we checked in and she immediately came to our room and transferred us to a non smoking room.

Place was difficult to find and I had to wait 1 hour just to drop my luggage. Property doesn't have a counter or reception and the only way to contact them is to use an instant messaging system, so they can reply when they want. Above my room there was a party every single night lasting until 6am with loud music, yells and stomping, making it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. I contacted the property lamenting the above (it states quiet hours from 7pm to 6am), initially they replied to me telling it was a pub, then that they informed the guests to avoid noise during night hours, obviously they didn't and nothing changed

The check in was a tiny bit “wobbly” and the place is a bit tricky to find. It might help to have an official meeting spot arranged in advance.

Very nice room in perfect location. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, well looked after and is very well equipped. Host was helpful and available via phone. I would stay here again.

A reception for easy check-in would be nice, but as pick up by hotel staff worked without problem it is not really an issue. The showers in bathroom have no tub, curtain, or any other kind of separation from the rest of the bathroom which needed some getting used to for me but in practice this was not much of an issue.

Extremely friendly and very helpful and competent staff who are very responsive via LINE app. English is not offered among languages but due to translation apps this is not an issue. The rooms are not posh but clean and very cozy with good, fast & free WiFi, the location is great with many restaurants, shops, malls, a market and lots of convenience stores in the immediate surroundings. Note: There is no breakfast but a due to many convenience stores, shops, restaurants, market etc. in the surroundings so this should not be a problem. Also there is no room service but bottled water, tea, toiletries etc. are provided and also equipment to clean the room yourself which I prefer that way anyways. Other info: as others noted there is no reception, but at my stay that was not an issue, I sent a message via LINE app from FamilyMart (they have free WiFi) close to the hotel and was picked up and guided to my room immediately. Advice: Have a local SIM ready for your travel in Taiwan. It helps a lot and makes travel and communication a lot easier.

the room has almost no day light, which is fine for one or a couple nights only. The place is not easy to allocated as it is within a residential complex which has a lot of different doors to get in… could feel often a bit of a maze.. however the host recognizes this and she asks you to meet at a more central place, when then she walks you and shows you around how to get to your room.

-Cigarettes smell once u step out of the door. -Although there is lift to my floor (level 3), there is no stairs to your room (level 2) however there’s a friendly male staff to help with your luggage.

Clean room, location, superb staff. Allows storage of luggage after check out, male staff brings all your luggages down to the ground floor.
