New ZealandThe aircon was quite loud and there are very bright lights in the room that you cannot turn off (one is red from the ceiling and the other is from the aircon control panel).
The location was convenient to the metro and main station. Laundry facilities were great and the space in our room was very useful to sort out all our luggage.

Singaporesome staff werent as friendly, e.g. initially when one of our rooms had an aircon issue (permanently cold, cannot increase temp), one staff insisted that there was nothing wrong and told us to just off the aircon and sleep, despite us saying that the air will be stale. it was only when my travelling companion insisted that he send a staff to check then we got a room exchange. Apart from that one staff, all the other staff (technician, counter staffs) were extremely helpful and friendly. some facilities in the room is damaged (e.g. light switches, see picture). however they work. overall not bad!

Hong KongHad to change rooms because of damp smell from the carpet - second room was good though. Couldn't open the windows though so air could be a bit stale at times.
Extremely helpful staff. Location is great - very close to two MRT lines and attractions (e.g. National Museum of Taiwan, Ximending). Fun area with lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Rooms a good size.

United StatesThe cleanliness could’ve been better. Mold was everywhere between the sink and glass which is understandable and the bathroom glass doors were not very clean. The floors were cleaner than expected compared to the pictures I received from my friend’s room. The wall plugs are a bit hard to reach and not as convenient but still okay. If you’re sensitive to noise then get a hotel that has noise cancelling in their features instead.
Loved that we could get our own extra amenities and the tea room which was convenient if we needed something late at night. Amenities provided was sufficient. The light switch placements in the hotel room was also convenient. Enjoy the safety feature of the 2nd lobby doors being locked by 11pm and can be opened by key card. The bathroom only has a curtain for privacy and the shower and toilet is divided by frosted glass on each end. Because there are large gaps for ventilation I recommend getting a spray or toilet spray if you’re sharing the space. Helped a lot!

Hong KongThe hotel is a bit old and the window was dirty. A/C quite loud. The shower and toilets are small cabins in the bedroom, which can be annoying if you are staying with friends. The breakfast is served in a restaurant nearby, only two choices and in my opinion not very good. I'd recommend to avoid it and go to a nearby coffee instead.
Great location, close to the subway and to a park and museum. Reasonable price for the centre of Taipei and my room was big. The staff was very nice and friendly. All night reception, I arrived at 3am (Taiwanese customs can take time) and someone was here for check-in.

United StatesThe air-conditioning is not working well. We booked multiple rooms and the rooms are always at 30 degrees Celsius even it’s set to cooling at a lower temperature. The property needs some renovation but overall it’s very clean.
The location is very convenient and close to the bus stops and the subway station. It’s nice to have a lounge area at the reception desk to sit and relax and to enjoy food bought from nearby eatery. The staffs are very nice and try to accommodate our needs as much as possible.

Czech RepublicQuite surprising was, that the room had no door, that would separate the sleeping area from bathroom and WC, which is quite.. Incovenient, but we managed it.. 😄
Great location just next to Peace Park and approx 2 minutes from nearest MRT station. Staff was friendly and the room was ok, we got a good sleep.
