The hotel room had lots of mould in many corners of the room and it smelled damp. The carpet in the room was not clean and had stains in many areas. 🤢🤮 They only provide 2 pillows for a double room and when asked for more, they only gave me 1 extra. This is extremely unfriendly for pregnant women, especially when the bed is very hard! No air conditioning in the lift. Dodgy shower head, leaking water on one side... Slippers provided are very flimsy, not wearable. They looked like they had been worn before.

The toilet and the bathroom were separate spaces, making it less ideal setup. And there is also a need to empty your own trash, take your required items from the storeroom yourself. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the metro and the Taipei main station.

Washing machines didn’t clean my stuff, dryer is not working properly. Stuff didn’t help about that. in the midnight, I have to find another laundry Place. I wasted my 3 hours just to wash and dry my clothes outside of the hotel again. There is windows, but you can’t open them. It was definitely not worth the money I spent.

Absolutely great location - very close to major sights! The facilities were great! Haven’t had a shower with that much waterpower throughout my travels in Taiwan and the best was huge (240x200m) which was absolutely great

Had a really good stay! Great location walking distance from Taipei Main Station and Ximending. Staff were helpful and friendly and provided us a free room upgrade. Free complementary snacks provided alongside usual tea and coffee! Overall would come back and stay again

The entrance appearance is the worst among all the hotels I have ever used my life. Although I booked two days in a row, I immediately decided to move out not staying for the 2nd night. The carpet in the hallway is very dirty.

The whole building smelled damp, the rooms were very damp and smelled like mold. Room was not clean. Overall an uncomfortable stay.

the staff made a safety lapse by issuing us a room that already had guest(s) staying in. obviously, all of us were in shock especially when i entered the room with the card issued to us. this made me concerned for my safety e.g. what if the same mistake is made the next day and someone entered our room when we are not around. worst case scenario is that our belongings get stolen. or what if someone entered our room when we are asleep? tons of worries.

the location is awesome, it is about a 10 minutes walk from taipei main station and about a 5 minutes walk from ntu hospital station which is the red line!

The room is very clean. The size of room is bigger than others. It’s hard to find this size with a reasonable price in Taipei. Staffs are very professional, helpful and polite. We stay for 5 nights and the hotel offer for 1 time cleaning by appointment. Definitely recommend to friends and everyone. Thank you for making our stay convenient and memorable.
