Singaporeno complaints, the hotel did a great job. my only comment is not targeted at the hotel, but at the location being that Chiayi city can be a bit hard to walk around safely with luggage as the apron around the building is often lined with things and motorcycles meaning that you'd have no choice but to actually walk on the road itself
the room was very comfortable, spacious with good panoramic views of the city. conveniently located a stone's throw from the central station so it's walkable even with luggage. breakfast was decent. A bonus is that the TV has every channel - for a foreigner, this is almost something i've never encountered which was a very pleasant surprise.

United StatesThere were a few small issues, such as the lights not turning on and off properly sometimes when the switch was flipped. Also the shower door wouldn't seal properly.
The rooms were clean and new and overall comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us when we had a problem.

TaiwanSound insulation equipment is slightly poor. The sound of the bathroom exhaust motor in the next room, too noisy, interfering with my sleep.
The hotel's breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, spacious and bright. Floor - to - ceiling windows offer a double - sided view of the city and distant mountains, so, comfortable and leisurely enjoyment my breakfast time. Also, I think the price/performance ratio is quite cheap.

The location is great and the staff is kind and helpful. The room is quiet and overall nice enough, although a bit rough around the edges. The breakfast is adequate.

SingaporePillow was extremely extremely soft with no support to the head and/or neck. Woke up for both nights having bad neck ache and had to do a massage to relieve the muscle tension and stiff neck.
Hotel was near the Chiayi train station so it was a convenient 10min walk. Rooms were relatively spacious and clean too.
