The hotel provided one towel is somewhat thin; an odd offering in light of all the other modern and thoughtful design/offerings available on site.

Breakfast is good. This is good to have records to listen as there is a player. However, the records are not in good condition (may be guests don't know how to protect the records). The sound is not smooth and this is a bit disappointed.

Hotel staff should have been more friendly and smile a little bit more. Don’t get me wrong.. they are very helpful but just not with their smile. Maybe they are shy.. Greetings to guests away too soft.. energy not there.. overall is good and highly recommend for friends!

No greeting with smile at check in time so we did not feel welcoming to this hotel. It may be this hotel is mixed with hostel type floor and normal hotel floor… No receipts at the check out time unless I requested …

There is a big lounge floor that you can make coffee and even you can cook. The staff working at this floor was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean guest room.

Wished there was netflix or chromecast provided in the hotel.

Loved the design of the hotel, location (central but not too noisy), and that it uses Aesop for all its toiletries. It also has a laundry area to do washer/drying, but do note that there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer available in the hotel.

I stayed in the hostel part of the hotel and you still felt like it was a hotel - for hostel super comfortable beds, plenty private space secluded from view of others (as a woman staying in a mixed dorm was not a problem at all), super clean and spacious bathrooms / showers, incredibly friendly staff and beautiful location - close to all attractions but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet too!

The hotel and the hostel share a lounge and outdoor terrace with a great kitchen. Tea and pour over coffee are complimentary. The lobby cafe makes really good drinks.. staff and guests are awesome because of this hostel / hotel guest mix. It’s a perfect mix of being able to strike up a conversation with a stranger as well as having your own space and privacy when desired, because of the way that the hotel is designed. I’ve stayed in both the hostel and the hotel. Everything is always so orderly and clean.
