Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MalaysiaThis is not a hotel. This is more like a airbnb. It is located on the 11th and 12th floor of a commercial building. No facilities provided. I was designated to a room at the 12th floor of the so called 2 storey hotel where it is not accessible by lift. While doing the booking, the published rate was +|- rm 450. Come to the time of check in, it was rm700. Feel like being scammed.

SingaporeThe place is difficult to find. Expensive for the price. The photo is quite misleading. it is showing that it has the bathtub and window but the room that we got has no bathtub and window. The receptionist told us that we have biscuit in the lounge but found nothing
The location is near to a small night market.

SingaporeThe lobby looks new but the room looks old and tired, with a lot of wooden furniture with sharp corner. The air-con is too cold and cannot be adjusted, even if we tried to turn on the fan mode only. The Wifi is weak. No proper parking space making the loading and unloading of luggage very inconvenient. Not suitable for families with small kids. The room was not impressive therefore I didn't take any photos.
There is a small 7-11 and McDonald's nearby.

United StatesThe ladder attached to the bunk bed was shaky (a hazard) and the room smelled faintly of cigarettes.
For the price, it was a decent hotel. Location wise, it was walkable to the mrt station and morning and night markets. I stayed only for one night simply to sleep and shower, and I took off early the next morning. The hotel did meet my realistic expectations and I would stay here again.

JapanRooms have no safe and there is only an old style bathtub, no shower. And, like all the reviewers said, internet does not work (not that the connection is poor, it just doesn't work at all)
The hotel from the outside looks terrible, you need to get into an elevator that doesn't inspire at all to reach the 11th floor. However when the doors open the environment is quite nice. Rooms are big, beds are confortable. There is a lounge where you can have your breakfast (that you have to bring from outside, the hotel doesn't offer any breakfast service) with free coffee, a microwave and a fridge. Every room is equipped with a fridge. Bottles of water are available at the reception with no limit. The access to the transportation service is very easy and close and there are several convenience stores and few restaurants around.

ThailandThe location was very secluded and it looked like a slum area. It was scary to walk up to the hotel. Entering the room required a key not a card which was old fashioned. Please don’t get this hotel mixed up with Rich & Free Hotel - Zhongzheng like I did. However, since it was a chain hotel they were very cooperative with changing the hotel from Fuzhong to Zhonzheng for 2 nights as Zhongzheng was where we wanted to book but misbooked.
The bedroom and all amenities were clean. There are accommodating snacks and drinks. The price was very justified.
