Free coffee in the lobby and water dispensers on the 1st and 7th floors. There was a hot water kettle in the room. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot!

We wanted to stay in this area. My nephew lives nearby. It is out of the city centre but close in, in a wonderful area to explore. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Good for birding, cycling and walking. Zhishin station is 1 minute walk. The red line is perhaps the best MRT line in the city. The hotel was nice, the staff excellent and the location exactly what we wanted. Great place, great area! We stayed 12 days at the beginning and end of our trip.

United KingdomThe only slight downsides were the lack of breakfast, though there is cafe on the square, and shops nearby so not a big issue. The other slight downside was the lack of a wardrobe in the room. There were some drawers, two coathangers and hooks which was adequate for a two night stay but had I been staying longer I would have wanted to hang my clothes up properly.
The location is great. It is in a small quiet square but within minutes of an MRT station and bus routes. The hotel itself is also nice with a spacious room, friendly staff and nice decor.

SingaporeThe lift is tiny and the door closes really fast so be careful when moving luggage in and out. The aircon is on the noisier side so some people might want to lower the fan to sleep. The entrance is not really handicapped friendly so it might be a consideration.
Location was very near to the MRT station. Walking over takes around 3-5 mins. The nearest route will take you pass a 711 so its very easy to grab something to eat and drink. The area is mainly a residential area so not too many tourists. Food there is catered to locals so you see a mixture of local and overseas cuisine there. The 8th floor is a resting area. There is free flow coffee provided by the hotel. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to help me.

Very convenience to take public transport. Service crews are amazing. The hotel and the room seems nice and tidy. Wifi signal is strong and smooth. There's unlimited coffee and biscuits supply from the hotel. It's cool for a coffee freak. Thank you.

United KingdomThere is no shower screen at the bathtub, so if it is very difficult to have shower without splashing the water out onto the bathroom floor.
It is in a very convenient location. The nearest MRT station is Zhishan on the Red Line which is about 2 minutes walk. There are lots of restuarants and food stalls nearby. A large Carrefour supermarket and Sogo Department Store is about five minutes away. All staff are very friendly and helpful. My room is in good size, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and bathtub is big. They provide free coffee at the reception desk. It takes about 15 minutes to travel to the Taipei Main Station where you can change to other MRT lines, Taiwan Railway lines, the Airport Lines and the High Speed Rail. At the time I write this review, I have booked my last night before flying out of Taiwan.
