From the minute we walked in from the minute we walked out we were in good hands. The room were good comfortable size the sand everywhere is extra special no sandles needed. The pool was wonderful the sun shining on it all day. The beach is a the door step no need to walk far. Beautiful white sand peacefully quiet. The staff was brilliant you ask you get straight away. Breakfast was delicious they have bakery , fresh fruits fresh fruit juices and lots more plus a menu were you order freshly made eggs and lot more to choice. We had something new every day. Everything we needed it was in the hotel if not just ask they will deliver with a smile . We love our fresh fruits we bought some we were abit vary if we should ask for a knife and plate to cut it. Without any hesitation we were given it to our room. A BIG thanks to all the staff at The loop beach resort for a wonderful break. And special thanks for giving us a room to spend the last day in a room as our flight was very late evening it was very considerate of you and we appreciated it. Thank you. I recommend this hotel to whoever is coming to Zanzibar.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Loop Beach Hotel. From the moment our group arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I’d like to especially mention January, Lucy, and Veronica for their outstanding hospitality—though every single team member played a part in making the stay memorable. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the flexibility offered by the staff made everything feel easy and stress-free. The food and beverages were consistently excellent, and the inclusion of entertainment added a lively touch that elevated the entire experience. There’s honestly nothing negative I could say. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I would recommend it blindly to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable getaway.

Absolutely wonderful resort! The staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble for them and they were all so friendly! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The mattresses are on the hard side but they do offer a topper for those who prefer a softer bed. The pool area was lovely and we loved the relaxing bar area . The vibe was super chilled, don’t think we wore shoes the whole time we were there! The staff arranged both our excursions, one to Jozani Forest and also a village tour which was one of the highlights of our stay! Meeting the local people and even visiting the local school and getting to chat to the children. The beach was great and very quiet, we walked most days and although you do get approached to buy things we never once felt pressurised or uncomfortable. Everyone was super friendly and happy just to chat with you. I’d definitely recommend The Loop if you’re thinking of visiting Jambiani

Like most of the hotels in Zanzibar, the cost of the room was quite high The bathroom has a very strange set up as there is no door and the toilet backs onto the bed by the opening (50cm from the bed to the toilet). I think a door needs to be put on. No shampoo or conditioner provided, just shower gel. For the price of the room would have expected this Apart from the Swahili night on a Thursday the food was average. Try the pizza at the restaurant next door!

The service was 10/10, all the staff were so friendly The pool area was nice which was just off the beach Thursday night they have a buffet and performance night, where the food was varied and tasty On the beach which you can walk along at low and high tides Just a note (not positive or negative) for future travellers that there is no fridge or no TV in the room

The beach itself wasn’t the best we had in Jambiani, but it was nice and the low tide wasn’t that low, so you could always swim.

Everything went super well! The hotel was quiet and you can relax by pool with the beach view! The staff was genuinely nice and helpful. The best experience we had in zanzibar.

only 4 beach beds on the beach and the same guy went and booked them with his towel everyday before anyone woke up. Price has gone up quite a bit since last time. The wine is very expensive!!

I can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

The whole place was exceptional! The staff, the food, the room, the location, and our experience at The Loop was 10/10. The staff, from the cleaning girls, bar staff, reception, massage ladies, and the maintenance crew were all amazing, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I am surprised this resort does not have a 5* rating! We cannot wait to visit again, and wish we could have stayed for longer. I would like to keep this place a secret as it was probably the best holiday we have had anywhere in the world, (and we have been all over!) but we enjoyed it so much we just have to say how great it was. Thanks to everyone from Joyce, Barnaba, Lucia, Olivia, Mona, and Makkame and everyone we have forgotten to mention, but we loved them all... I have not been paid to say these great things about The Loop....you just have to go and stay there to see that it's all 100% true! See you soon guys and girls! xxxx

The outdoor seating cushions were a bit thin so they were too hard after a while. The music was too loud sometimes. We would have liked more information about the island activities we signed up for so we could prepare better and have everything we needed.

Pool was enjoyable with great view of the ocean. The staff was attentive and engaging. The food was served hot and tasted delicious.

I loved everything about this property. Starting from the staff, who were absolutely amazing to the food served in the restaurant. The atmosphere was very relaxing and even though you are literally at the beach, you still feel secluded being surrounded by all the beautiful palm trees. The pool was just perfect and though I am 100% beach person, I still found myself in the pool a few times a day :) Loved my room overlooking the pool and all the details that have been so carefully considered to make one's stay as comfortable as possible.

The design of the shower head could be improved. But that’s being very picky. Had a slight hiccup with renting a scooter through the hotel, thought we had paid for it as a part of our outstanding balance at checkout but didn’t realize it wasn’t in the total. I then had to figure out how to transfer money whilst traveling through Tanzania. Not a big deal, slight mis-understanding. But just something to know.

This an amazing resort. The staff put in a lot of effort and are very attentive. Cocktails were very good. Room was great, big bed and good air conditioning! Bathroom was nice and clean. Right on an awesome beach!

We stayed here for 4 fabulous nights early October, after a couple of nights in Stonetown and a safari on Tanzania and Kenya! We were so glad we picked this resort due to it's location, size of the resort and value for money! Jambiani is an authentic village in Zanzibar, with seaweed farming, right outside the resort on the beach, so you can have a taste of the true culture. However this does not take away any comforts or luxury from the resort - all the rooms are situated around this amazing pool, which then had views of the beach. The staff were amazing, and the food was excellent! You also had alternative restaurants just short walks up the beach. Make sure you go for a sail and/or snorkel with "Mr Coconut" on a traditional dhow.

The bed was very hard (but hubby loved it!) The shower was quite poor. Despite reporting it the flow wasn’t good.

Location fantastic. Lovely pool, restaurant and bar areas. The room was a great size. Lots of sun beds and space around the pool. The whole property was spotlessly clean. The staff were excellent. Efficient, helpful and friendly. The buffet/show night was very good.
