I have stayed at the Bakkara before. Its location is ideal. It was a good breakfast although previously I had the buffet breakfast which wasn't available this time. The room was comfortable and clean. I like being on the river.

Luxembourgusually in the hotels the breakfast is served from 6 or 7 am. but here - no. if you have business meetings from 9 am - you will have no breakfast. resto opens only at 8 am. you wait 30 minutes to get your breakfast.

UkraineWhat you must be prepared for: - Wifi was good, but sometimes drops, which can be a problem for business calls and watching movies; - Rooms are not cleaned for some reason. Cleaning person only changes the towel and makes up the bed. Maybe there is way to ask to clean, by putting a special sign, but I forget and was surprised; - Don't take breakfast! Its the same every day. Its alright I guess, but please, hotel, go extra mile and toast the bread; - Rooms are not soundproof; - Hotel sometimes provides its ground for parties which means it can be quite loud at late times, but hotel provides earplugs; - Food in restaurant is expensive. The 10% room fee is added automatically if you order to the room; - Something wrong was with central ventilation, it had this terrible smell from it, and we couldn't sleep one day when it was too intense; - Air conditioner needs to be on 16 degress to cool a room just a little bit. But again, the view on the river was too great for me to make my experience positive, but if you have a park view I would take a look at those negative points.
- This view is amazing, but you should definitely take a room facing the river. If you take a room without a view, then the impressions will translate into negative aspects. - Personnel is very kind and helpful! - Beds are comfy and the room has space. - Shower rooms is small but clean, with good water pressure; - Beautiful view from the restaurant; - The objects in room is custom-made which I found very beautiful and unique, but my partner hurt his legs constantly, because he hit the metal parts of decorations, And again - view on the river is superb!

United Kingdomit was amazingly quiet (almost empty), but there’s a war going on, so it’s forgivable. The bar doesn’t accept cards (only cash) which is not forgivable.
Hydropark (the island) and the view onto the river Dnipro make this one of the most beautiful locations in Kyiv. The room is also a good size and you have a balcony.
