I would be completely satisfied with my stay if not their very poor soundproofing. It's just absent. You can literally hear if your neighbor in the next room is snoring, watching TV or talking over the phone. At the second part of my stay I bought ear plugs which helped me to sleep more comfortable. My room was on the first floor, I heard that the 4th floor is more quiet. Rather than that it's a good hotel for their price and value you get.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. The location is great, the city center is just 10 minutes walking, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. The staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast is from 7:30am to 1pm. There is a bomb shelter, it's more for a technical use, but still you can sit there during alarms if you are scared.

Breakfast is okay, but be careful about mixing chicken and eggs in an omelette as I suspect I got food poisoning from this :( It likely wasn't thoroughly cooked.

Very quiet and centrally located hotel close to the old town, University and a tram stop. The room was large and comfortable, with a fridge, work desk and wardrobe.

The bathroom can be reinnivated (e.g. shelf for toothbrush, etc. was absent). We used hooks to hold all items in packages.

Everything is pretty close to the hotel. A lot of restaurants, Old Town, parks. Breakfasts were really good. Recommend it. Staff helped with all questions.

The hotel has a perfect location. It's close to the centre yet it's in a very quiet area. The room was warm with a large comfy bed, hair dryer, toothbrushes, 5 towels, shampoos, and other important accessories. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious. The staff is friendly. Just great!

I heard my neighbors from another room, and in the morning, I was able to hear every word from people in the hall. It's better to order breakfast the day before if you do not want to wait long for food. Everybody ordered a meal to their rooms, so it took a little time."

I liked the location of this hotel. Just a few steps from the city center. Not far from cafes and shops. Everything you need as a traveler. The personnel is always happy to help you. The room and bath were well equipped.

There is no Generator, so u should be ready to adapt to schedule of electricity. My window entered to internal yard, and some drunk people could visit it, So, be ready and watch windows.

Hotel located in the very heart of Old Town but with acess for cars and taxis. There was a small fridge in my room, which was very useful. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Hospitable and supportive staff. Quiet location. Clean room, hallways. In spite of often electricity switch offs around the town and in the hotel- the staff was really supportive!!! They cleaned the yard of the snow- the weather was dreadful. But not inside the hotel- this was really appreciated by my family!

Property absolutely met my expectations. I needed something simple, good location and value for money. And I got it. Room was very neat, it looked exactly as it looked on the photos, bathroom is rather basic but has everything I need. Also property had electricity all the time I stayed, which is rather important and rare nowadays in Ukraine. Also breakfast is very good with a tasty coffee.
