I wish there were an elevator to go up the stairs. Carrying heavy bags to the second or third floor was a little challenging.

The hotel is great and modern in the old building in Kyiv's historic and central neighborhood. The staff is nice and welcoming, all the facilities are new and freshly renovated. There is also a lively hipster cafe on the ground floor. Highly recommended for a short stay in Kyiv!

They could implement room service with the bar/restaurant located within the facility or refill the mini-bar.

The location is super! Just 10 mins walk from Golden Gate. Even if is located in the center, the room was isolated from the noise of the street. I recommend it to everyone for those who want to go to Kyiv and stay in a central location. Clean and efficient hotel. Also, you can contact the front desk via whatsapp/telegram making communication efficient.

Some people were quite loud sometimes, even at late hours.

Noise cancellation is pretty much absent, but the earplugs provided are great.

The complimentary earplugs are appreciated and are of good quality as the soundproofing is not really a thing here. As there were no chairs or anything to sit on rather than the bed, it would be good to have something to cover the nice clean white sheets.

Beautiful building in and out, the design is really nice. Great and welcoming staff, clean and nicely lit room, comfortable mattress. Pleasant social vibe downstairs at the restaurant is great for those travelers out to get to know locals. Great place for extraverts.

The walls are very thin and if you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem. The hotel does provide earplugs, which is a nice addition! I think if the hostel rooms were full, it could get noisy. Luckily, my neighbors weren't late-night partiers and everyone seemed respectful of each other.

Great location with modern, hip rooms. Friendly staff. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were modern and clean. I stayed in a hotel room, which shares the floor with hostel rooms. The place as a good vibe.

I love the " 2 up and 2 down". Bedding arrangements in the economic 4 bed rooms. It allows for a little bit of privacy. If you are traveling in mixed groups, it may be nice to seperate a little, this gives you the perfect opportunity for that. Very nice and helpful staff.

A bit unclean and not well maintained. A lot of cigarette smoke coming into the room from outside, a lot of noise from the downstairs bar and from the terrace owned by the bar (till midnight). Bad sound isolation from other rooms and hotel hall as well as from outside. This place is rather to be considered as a hostel (though they have hotel rooms) than a hotel.

We stayed in a room that was different from the one booked. In the house rules it was stated that cleaning will only happen on request, but the room was cleaned anyway. Stairs to the second floor had acute edges that made the stair rather unconfortable to use. The reception was avarage.

Wonderful location with many landmarks and restaurants within foot range. The key-cards worked very well, and we were provided a second card on request. The discount on the hostel rooms were rather generous.
