I booked the rook at the day of arrival, and my booking was confirmed. But when I came to the hotel the staff told me that only one room is left, with facilities on the floor, not in room, as was in description. So it is better to call them before arrival to check that they really have your booking

I did not expect much for this moderate price as for Kiyv, so I am not disappointed. The room was clean, the bed was quite comfortable, the TV set worked etc. Maybe the room is small,but I was on myself and did not need a larger apartment.

Price is moderate. It is good place who wants/needs to have somewhere to stay overnight.

The warm water can run out so you need to shower early in the morning or late in the evening. The lift was not working late in the evening.

I cannot say anything negative about the property. Some one said here “i cant complain for the price in Kyiv” I must say I agree with the reviewer 1000%. Hotel is beautiful, comfortable, calm, quiet, spacious, location is perfect, its close to everything. Supermarket (Fora) across the street open until almost midnight, coffee machine inside the premises 24/7. Huge Lobby with Sofas that you will never want to get up, so comfy. Highly recommend for budget trips, for digital nomads, tourists, family trips. Everybody should visit. Thank you to the staff for making me feel so well. All hotels should be like this. Staff ultra friendly and ready to help. Reception is open 24 hr, after midnight ask security guards to call receptionist in case you need them. They are ready to help. Location is superb! There is a huge, gorgeous and cultural park full of coffee shops and music and walking lanes 1km away. Walking distance. Metro 1km also (Green line), very practical to go to City Center, only 7 stops, beds ultra comfortable.

Yes, the hotel has a cafe, and theres a poster saying welcome, but they will deny you in serving, because they are ‘busy with the groups’. Even though the cafe was empty we were given half rude half cold answers that they dont have time. But it’s not even stated anywhere that some costumers have priorities, or that the cafe is closed. Due to having health problems unfortunately it wasnt just a pity situation but a big deal. Front desk didnt help with anything, they suggested to find a bakery nearby.

In general, the front desk stuff is nice, and can help you in some cases and the room matches the description. Except of not having sockets near beds.

In Kyiv I was a short term. So , from my point of everything is good. Only one think , in the buffet is not much choices for dinner.

I was traveling to Ukraine , previously make a reservation in Golosiyvskiy. Hotel of-course you can not compare to Vegas , but price is must be the best in city of Kyiv.
